【摘要】:近年來(lái)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)興起,發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)有著深遠(yuǎn)意義和朝陽(yáng)的前景,它以文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的生產(chǎn)、傳播為主,以文化消費(fèi)為主導(dǎo),既有同一般產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相似的特點(diǎn),又有自身的特殊性和規(guī)律。安徽省在大力推進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也在不斷深化文化體制改革,完善文化體制政策,使文化產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。由于我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起步較晚,相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑不統(tǒng)一,數(shù)據(jù)也不完整。在缺乏大量完整統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的情況下,我們對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的梳理主要基于定性的研究。 本文以報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)目前安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的政策與政治因素,以定性分析方法深度發(fā)掘我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部規(guī)律。本文還就文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)資本如何更好地進(jìn)行融合以及文化與資本相互促進(jìn),共同發(fā)展提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。同時(shí)對(duì)安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資本集團(tuán)化的投融資及整個(gè)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和描述,并提出解決的建議。文章將從以下幾個(gè)部分展開: 第一章為緒論,主要是介紹選題的背景及意義,并闡述文章的研究思路及框架。本文遵循現(xiàn)狀描述——提出問(wèn)題——實(shí)踐分析——對(duì)策提出的邏輯,對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題從產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用案例分析、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究。第二章對(duì)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。闡述了資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的定義、內(nèi)涵及理論的發(fā)展。研究了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)概念、分類、特征等基本理論問(wèn)題;趪(guó)內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)概念沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一界定,在匯總各國(guó)對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的定義基礎(chǔ)上,沿用了我國(guó)關(guān)于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的統(tǒng)一定義:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是為社會(huì)公眾提供文化,娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的活動(dòng),以及與這些活動(dòng)有關(guān)聯(lián)的活動(dòng)的集合。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有研究開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)、分配流通和消費(fèi)性的產(chǎn)業(yè)。同時(shí),以《國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)分類》為基礎(chǔ),在兼顧部門管理需要和可操作性的條件下,結(jié)合國(guó)際分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將文化及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)分為五層。研究認(rèn)為,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)兼有物質(zhì)屬性和精神屬性兩大基本屬性,具有功能、機(jī)制、發(fā)展等三個(gè)方面的特征。還對(duì)幾個(gè)實(shí)踐中易混淆的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)概念做了辨析。最后對(duì)世界及中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。闡述了世界文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的總體概況,以美國(guó)、日本為例進(jìn)行具體分析。同時(shí)通過(guò)近年來(lái)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)的主要成就,發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略意義及遇到的問(wèn)題三部分進(jìn)行闡述。第三章是報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)探析。探討了我國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀及原因。融資的現(xiàn)狀是結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于單一和內(nèi)向化,導(dǎo)致這種局面的原因包括較高的直接資金成本,一些借貸形式附加的間接成本和銀行信貸缺乏信用保障。探討了報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的必要性及可行性,著力報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)規(guī)范運(yùn)作的需要,是報(bào)業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要,是報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)改革的需要,是報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)融入市場(chǎng)的需要,是實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的需要。報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的可行性包括以下四點(diǎn):文化體制改革的戰(zhàn)略部署為報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)創(chuàng)造了良好的政策環(huán)境;報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)進(jìn)入資本市場(chǎng)的時(shí)機(jī)已比較成熟;報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)“兩分開”改革為資本運(yùn)營(yíng)開辟了空間;一些傳媒企業(yè)上市為報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后對(duì)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)提出對(duì)策及建議。應(yīng)從內(nèi)外兩方面依據(jù)實(shí)際出發(fā),采取多種方式。第四章對(duì)安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)進(jìn)行探析。并對(duì)發(fā)展安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè),提升安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)水平提出具體的對(duì)策和建議。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的資本運(yùn)營(yíng),就是將文化媒介單位所擁有的可經(jīng)營(yíng)資本通過(guò)兼并、重組、控股、轉(zhuǎn)讓、租賃等方式進(jìn)行運(yùn)作,在更大范圍內(nèi)和更高層次上實(shí)現(xiàn)媒介資源的優(yōu)化配置。安徽應(yīng)著重從政策、體制上保障支持文化生產(chǎn)和文化消費(fèi)發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步解放和發(fā)展文化生產(chǎn)力、文化消費(fèi)力,加強(qiáng)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新,增強(qiáng)安徽文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cultural industry has been rising in China. The development of cultural industry has far-reaching significance and the prospect of sunrise. It is dominated by the production and dissemination of cultural products and services, with cultural consumption as the dominant factor. It has the characteristics similar to the development of the general industry, but also has its own particularity and law. Anhui province is promoting the development of cultural industry as well as the development of cultural industry. We will continue to deepen the reform of the cultural system, improve the cultural system policy, make the cultural industry scale further and promote the healthy development of the cultural industry. Because of the late start of the development of the cultural industry in China, the relevant economic statistics are not uniform and the data are incomplete. Carding is mainly based on qualitative research.
This paper, taking the capital operation of the newspaper group as an example, analyzes the current situation of capital operation in Anhui's cultural industry and combines the traditional policy and political factors to explore the internal law of the development of our cultural industry by qualitative analysis. Capital mutual promotion and common development put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. At the same time, it analyzes and describes the problems encountered in the investment and financing of Anhui cultural industry capital collectivization and the whole operation process, and puts forward some suggestions to solve it. The article will be carried out from the following parts:
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, and expounds the research ideas and framework of the article. This article follows the current situation description - the logic of putting forward the problems - practical analysis - countermeasures, starting from the point of view of industrial economics, using case analysis, combining theory with practice. The second chapter analyzes the capital operation and the development of cultural industry. The definition of capital operation, the connotation and the development of the theory are expounded. The basic theoretical problems, such as the concept, classification and characteristics of the cultural industry, are studied. The concept of cultural industry at home and abroad is not unified, and the definition of cultural industry is based on the definition of the cultural industry. A unified definition of our cultural industry is used: the cultural industry provides the public with culture, recreational products and services, and the collection of activities associated with these activities. The cultural industry is an industry with research and development, production and operation, distribution and consumption. At the same time, the industry is based on the classification of the national economy. Under the condition of taking account of the needs and maneuverability of department management, the culture and related industries are divided into five layers in combination with international classification standards. It is considered that the cultural industry has both the two basic attributes of both material and spiritual attributes, which have three aspects such as function, mechanism and development. Finally, the paper analyzes the development of the world and China's cultural industry, expounds the general situation of the world cultural industry, and makes a concrete analysis of the United States and Japan for example. At the same time, it expounds the strategic significance of the development of cultural industry and the three parts of the problems encountered in the development of cultural industry in recent years. Third chapters. This paper discusses the capital operation of the newspaper group. The present situation and reasons for the capital operation of the newspaper group in China are discussed. The current situation of the financing is that the structure is too single and introverted. The reasons for this situation include higher direct capital cost, the additional indirect cost of some lending forms and the lack of credit guarantee for the bank credit. The necessity and feasibility of the operation, the capital operation of the newspaper industry group is the need of the standardized operation of the modern enterprise, the need of the competition of the newspaper market, the need of the reform of the newspaper group, the need for the integration of the newspaper group into the market and the need for the realization of the business target of the newspaper group. The feasibility of the capital operation of the newspaper group includes the following four points The strategic deployment of the cultural system reform has created a good policy environment for the capital operation of the newspaper group; the time for the entry of the newspaper group into the capital market has been more mature; the reform of the "two separate" reform of the newspaper group has opened up the space for capital operation; some media enterprises have provided experience for the capital operation of the newspaper group. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the capital operation of the industry group. We should proceed from the two aspects of the internal and external aspects and take various ways. The fourth chapter analyzes the capital operation of Anhui cultural industry, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Anhui cultural industry and the promotion of the capital operation level of Anhui cultural industry. The operational capital owned by cultural media units can be operated through mergers, restructuring, holding, transfer and leasing. The optimal allocation of media resources is realized in a broader and higher level. Anhui should focus on supporting cultural production and the development of cultural consumption and further emancipating and developing cultural productivity from the policy and system. Cultural consumption power, strengthen the innovation of cultural and creative products, and enhance the international and domestic competitiveness of Anhui's cultural industry.
