湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展壯大提供了最為肥沃的土壤。從世界范圍來看,主要發(fā)達(dá)國家紛紛將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)提升到國家戰(zhàn)略層面,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)正以迅雷之勢向規(guī);较驍U(kuò)展,成為世界各國在新一輪競爭熱潮中競相角逐的時代新寵。從國內(nèi)范圍來看,在國家“推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),增強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)整體實力和競爭力”的戰(zhàn)略背景之下,各地區(qū)紛紛結(jié)合區(qū)域優(yōu)勢大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)大發(fā)展大繁榮景象在全國范圍內(nèi)如火如荼開展開來。湖北省作為文化大省,由于起步晚,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平較低,但憑借區(qū)域豐厚的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)條件,已然呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的良好勢頭。通過增強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平來培育湖北省文化“軟實力”,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)湖北省綜合實力,不失為提升湖北省整體競爭力水平的有效途徑。 本文在綜合借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)《文化及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)分類2012》新標(biāo)準(zhǔn),重構(gòu)了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系,對湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行綜合評價。具體來看,本文共分為六部分。 第一部分為緒論,首先提出了本文的研究背景和意義;其次對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)的綜述;最后提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。 第二部分是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的理論分析。理論部分重點對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力理論及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性、深入性分析,為后文展開論證奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分為湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力現(xiàn)狀分析。本部分屬于定性分析,首先對湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)總體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,其次選取湖北省五大優(yōu)勢文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行重點介紹,再次,就湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力七大影響因素進(jìn)行解析,為后續(xù)實證及對策建議部分指明了分析方向。 第四部分為湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力實證分析。首先,結(jié)合《文化及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)分類2012》新標(biāo)準(zhǔn),重構(gòu)了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價體系,共計六大模塊四十一個評價指標(biāo);其次運用因子分析法對湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行綜合實證評價;再次,根據(jù)評價結(jié)果指出湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力所存在的問題,為后文對策建議提供了分析思路。 第五部分為提升湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力對策建議。分別從挖掘及整合文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化發(fā)展、延伸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條、提高文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融資能力、加快文化與科技的融合步伐、增加制度供給等六方面提升湖北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。 第六部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The era of knowledge economy provides the most fertile soil for the development of cultural industry. From the point of view of the world, the major developed countries have promoted the cultural industry to the national strategic level, and the cultural industry is expanding to a large scale with the rapid trend of thunder, and has become the new favorite of the times in the new round of competition upsurge. In terms of domestic scope, under the strategic background of "promoting the cultural industry to become a pillar industry of the national economy and enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness of the cultural industry," every region has vigorously developed the cultural industry in combination with its regional advantages. The cultural industry has developed in full swing throughout the country. As a big cultural province, Hubei Province has a good momentum of steady development due to its late start and low level of cultural industry development. Cultivating the "soft power" of Hubei culture by strengthening the level of cultural industry competitiveness, and then strengthening the comprehensive strength of Hubei Province, is an effective way to enhance the level of the overall competitiveness of Hubei Province. Based on the theories of industrial economics and industrial competitiveness, combined with the present situation of cultural industry development in Hubei Province, and according to the new standard "Culture and related Industry Classification 2012", this paper reconstructs the evaluation index system of cultural industry competitiveness. A comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of Hubei's cultural industry was carried out. Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, first of all, the research background and significance of this paper is put forward; secondly, the domestic and foreign related research status is summarized systematically; finally, the research contents and methods of this paper are put forward. The second part is the theoretical analysis of cultural industry competitiveness. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of cultural industry, the theory of industrial competitiveness and the theory of competitiveness of cultural industry. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of Hubei's cultural industry competitiveness. This part is qualitative analysis, first of all to analyze the overall development of cultural industry in Hubei Province, and then select the five dominant cultural industries in Hubei Province to focus on the introduction, again, This paper analyzes the seven influencing factors of Hubei's cultural industry competitiveness, and points out the direction of analysis for the following demonstration and countermeasures. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of Hubei's cultural industry competitiveness. First of all, combining with the new standard "Culture and related Industry Classification 2012", this paper reconstructs the evaluation system of cultural industry competitiveness, with a total of 41 evaluation indexes of six major modules; Secondly, we use factor analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of cultural industry in Hubei province. Thirdly, according to the evaluation results, we point out the problems of the competitiveness of cultural industry in Hubei Province, and provide the analysis ideas for the countermeasures and suggestions in the future. The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Hubei cultural industry. From mining and integrating cultural industry resources, promoting the development of cultural industry agglomeration, extending the creative industry chain, improving the financing ability of cultural industry, speeding up the integration of culture and science and technology, Increase institutional supply and other six aspects to enhance the competitiveness of Hubei's cultural industry. The sixth part is the conclusion.
