【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，在經(jīng)濟全球化的浪潮中，它已成為地區(qū)發(fā)展的新型武器。在當今部分發(fā)達國家和城市，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)甚至成為經(jīng)濟支柱。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群現(xiàn)象是一個全球性的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外無數(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗及其對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟帶來的重大影響可以得出結(jié)論：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群自身已具備了一種優(yōu)勢，而這種被命名為聚集的優(yōu)勢能夠提高區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平。 陜西坐擁大西北，歷史積淀深厚，具有豐富的文化資源；進入新世紀后，陜西經(jīng)濟的騰飛為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展鋪墊了良好的經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)；另外陜西高校眾多，人才儲備豐厚。這篇文章的研究目的是，探析出在擁有了如此得天獨厚的文化及其發(fā)展資源以來，陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力水平，其發(fā)展有沒有形成文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群以及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展程度。另外，最關(guān)鍵要判定出哪些因素主導著陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成和發(fā)展。 這篇文章圍繞陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為切入點，采取定性分析與定量分析、靜態(tài)分析與動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的實證分析方法。論文中利用“鉆石模型”分析陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力水平，指出了陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢所在；根據(jù)“區(qū)位商”的計算結(jié)果，得出陜西省11個市（區(qū)）文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成和發(fā)展程度，其中以西安市為代表的關(guān)中地區(qū)，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展程度較高；在此基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了影響陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的綜合評價指標體系，并對此做因子分析，得出陜西省11個市（區(qū)）文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的綜合排名，進一步剖析出了影響陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成和發(fā)展的四大因素，按其影響程度分別是：政府行為、文化企業(yè)、市場需求、人力資本。最后，，根據(jù)得出的四個因素，針對性的對陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展提出了建議和意見。 本論文的創(chuàng)新之處主要在于：一是運用區(qū)位商、因子分析等作為實證研究的具體工具，經(jīng)過量化計算得出結(jié)論，并針對性的提出陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展建議，這些建議以數(shù)據(jù)分析為基礎(chǔ)，更符合陜西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展實際，可信度更高、可采用度將更強；二是實證分析中不但對陜西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)總體發(fā)展情況進行評估，還對陜西省11個市（區(qū)）的情況作了分解，由總到分，總分結(jié)合，研究的更為全面。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is a sunrise industry, in the tide of economic globalization, it has become a new weapon for regional development. In some developed countries and cities today, cultural industry has even become the backbone of the economy. Industrial cluster phenomenon is a global economic phenomenon. Based on the experience of numerous industrial clusters at home and abroad and their great influence on regional economy, the conclusion can be drawn that industrial clusters have their own advantages. And this kind of advantage that is named agglomeration can improve the level of industrial competitiveness of the region. Shaanxi has a deep historical accumulation, rich cultural resources; after entering the new century, Shaanxi economy has laid a good economic foundation for the development of cultural industry; in addition, Shaanxi has a large number of colleges and universities, rich talent reserves. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether Shaanxi's cultural industry has developed into a cultural industrial cluster and whether it has formed a cultural industrial cluster since it has possessed such a unique culture and its development resources. In addition, the key to determine which factors dominate the formation and development of Shaanxi cultural industry cluster. This paper focuses on Shaanxi cultural industry, takes industrial cluster as the breakthrough point, adopts the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, the static analysis and the dynamic analysis unifies the empirical analysis method. In this paper, the author analyzes the competitive level of Shaanxi cultural industry by using "diamond model", points out the advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi cultural industry development, and according to the result of "location quotient", It is concluded that the formation and development degree of cultural industrial clusters in 11 cities (districts) of Shaanxi Province, especially in Guanzhong District, represented by Xi'an City, is relatively high. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system that affects the development of Shaanxi cultural industrial cluster, and makes factor analysis to it, and obtains the comprehensive ranking of the development of Shaanxi cultural industrial cluster in 11 cities (districts). Four factors that influence the formation and development of Shaanxi cultural industrial cluster are further analyzed. According to the degree of influence, they are: government behavior, cultural enterprise, market demand and human capital. Finally, according to the four factors, the paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions on the development of Shaanxi cultural industrial cluster. The innovation of this paper mainly lies in: first, using location quotient and factor analysis as the specific tools of empirical research, through quantitative calculation to draw a conclusion, and put forward suggestions for the development of Shaanxi cultural industry cluster. These suggestions are based on data analysis, which are more in line with the actual development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province, have higher credibility, and become more adoptable. Second, the empirical analysis not only evaluates the overall development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province, The situation of 11 cities (districts) in Shaanxi Province has been decomposed from total to total and combined with total score, and the research is more comprehensive.
