【摘要】:伴隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展,全球化的進(jìn)程在人類社會(huì)中加快,不同領(lǐng)域的溝通日益密切,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也是日新月異。然而面對(duì)國(guó)際文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的勃勃發(fā)展,有著數(shù)千年文化積淀的中國(guó),竟遲遲不知應(yīng)當(dāng)將其轉(zhuǎn)換成為真正的財(cái)富造福社會(huì)和民眾。于是這些由無(wú)數(shù)先輩所傳承給我們的寶貴遺產(chǎn),就不可避免地被國(guó)外文化制作團(tuán)隊(duì)拿去發(fā)掘、利用并創(chuàng)造出巨大的社會(huì)和市場(chǎng)價(jià)值,再貼上國(guó)外的商標(biāo)返銷給我們,由我們來(lái)買單。 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的本質(zhì)其實(shí)是一個(gè)綜合性極強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,而這條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈所涉及的行業(yè)極其眾多。而一個(gè)兼具靈活性和開放性的發(fā)展思維,以及一個(gè)與之配套的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的共同協(xié)作才是一個(gè)國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期、有力地健康發(fā)展和壯大的必備條件。 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)是一個(gè)巨大的市場(chǎng),其所蘊(yùn)含的價(jià)值不可估量。怎樣才能在最大程度上發(fā)掘這一個(gè)人人都離不開的巨大市場(chǎng)、在國(guó)外已然成熟的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的夾縫下開拓出一條行之有效、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)的中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路,是中國(guó)政府相關(guān)政策部門面臨的重大的市場(chǎng)和社會(huì)課題。而其他文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家先進(jìn)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)作模式,無(wú)疑將為我國(guó)政府的方針制定提供必要的啟示。 本文主要通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)比研究分析中國(guó)與其他國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路的分歧,討論中國(guó)目前發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),以及造成中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展困境的形成原因,思考相關(guān)政府部門在本土文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中作為引導(dǎo)者的正確角色定位,并結(jié)合國(guó)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的啟示尋找中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)際化出路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the process of globalization is accelerated in human society, communication in different fields is increasingly close, and the development of cultural industry is changing with each passing day. However, in the face of the vigorous development of the international cultural industry, China, which has accumulated thousands of years of culture, has not yet realized that it should be turned into a real wealth for the benefit of the society and the people. As a result, these precious legacies handed down to us by countless forebears are inevitably unearthed by foreign cultural production teams, using and creating enormous social and market values, and then affixed with foreign trademarks for resale to us. We'll pay for it. The essence of cultural industry is a highly comprehensive industrial chain, which involves a lot of industries. A development thinking with flexibility and openness and a coordinated industrial policy are the necessary conditions for a country's cultural industry to develop healthily and powerfully for a long time. The cultural industry market is a huge market, which contains inestimable value. How can we explore this huge market, which everyone can not do without to the greatest extent, and exploit an effective one under the gap between the mature cultural industry development model and the competitive environment abroad? The development of Chinese cultural industry with strong competitiveness is a major market and social issue facing the relevant policy departments of the Chinese government. The advanced development experience and industrial operation mode of other cultural industry developed countries will undoubtedly provide the necessary enlightenment for the formulation of our government's policy. This paper analyzes the development of cultural industry at home and abroad, compares and analyzes the differences between China and other countries in the development of cultural industry, and discusses the challenges that China is facing in developing cultural industry. And the causes of the difficulties in the development of China's cultural industry, thinking about the relevant government departments in the development of local cultural industry in the process of the correct role of the guide, Combined with the enlightenment brought by the development of foreign cultural industry, the author tries to find the way out for the development of Chinese cultural industry.
