中國文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)創(chuàng)新影響因素研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著物質(zhì)生活水平的提高以及生活與工作壓力的增大,人們對精神文化產(chǎn)品的需求逐漸增大。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品迎合了人們的這一需求。近年來我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了很大進展,但是該行業(yè)產(chǎn)品普遍缺乏創(chuàng)新,模仿和跟風現(xiàn)象依然大量存在,致使大量文化產(chǎn)品市場被國外產(chǎn)品占領。創(chuàng)新作為文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的根本動力,提升中國文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 本文通過文獻整理和定性調(diào)查,提取了文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響因素,并構(gòu)建了文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響因素模型,最后通過實證分析驗證了模型。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)知識獲取能力、企業(yè)外部供應鏈整合、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新氛圍、供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)關系的信任、企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈整合和知識整合能力正向影響文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)創(chuàng)新具,且不同規(guī)模和業(yè)務類型的文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新存在顯著差異。(2)人際關系、承諾、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新氛圍、企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈整合和企業(yè)外部供應鏈整合正向影響知識獲取能力,且不同成立年限和業(yè)務類型的企業(yè)知識獲取能力存在顯著差異。(3)信任、承諾、企業(yè)外部供應鏈整合、人際關系和外部支持環(huán)境正向影響知識整合能力,且不同成立年限和業(yè)務類型的企業(yè)知識整合能力存在顯著差異。(4)供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)關系的承諾和人際關系因素正向影響企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈整合,且不同成立年限、規(guī)模和業(yè)務類型的企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈整合存在顯著差異。(5)供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)關系的承諾、信任和人際關系正向影響企業(yè)外部供應鏈整合,且不同成立年限、規(guī)模和業(yè)務類型的企業(yè)外部供應鏈整合存在顯著差異。本文含圖2幅,表104個,參考文獻121篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the improvement of material life and the pressure of life and work, people's demand for spiritual and cultural products increases gradually. Cultural and creative products cater to this demand. In recent years, great progress has been made in the cultural and creative industries of our country, but the products of this industry are generally lack of innovation, and the phenomenon of imitation and follow the trend still exists in large numbers, resulting in a large number of cultural products market occupied by foreign products. As the fundamental motive force for the survival and development of cultural and creative enterprises, it is urgent to enhance the innovative ability of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises. Through literature collation and qualitative investigation, this paper extracts the influencing factors of innovation of cultural and creative enterprises, and constructs the model of influencing factors of innovation of cultural and creative enterprises. Finally, the model is verified by empirical analysis. The results show that knowledge acquisition ability, external supply chain integration, enterprise innovation atmosphere, trust in supply chain coordination relationship, internal supply chain integration and knowledge integration ability positively affect innovation tools of cultural and creative enterprises. And there are significant differences in innovation of different scale and business types of cultural creative enterprises. (2) interpersonal relationships, commitment, enterprise innovation atmosphere, internal supply chain integration and external supply chain integration positively affect the ability of knowledge acquisition. Moreover, there are significant differences in knowledge acquisition ability of enterprises with different founding years and business types. Trust, commitment, external supply chain integration, interpersonal relationships and external support environment positively affect the ability of knowledge integration. Moreover, there are significant differences in the ability of knowledge integration among enterprises with different founding years and business types. (4) commitment and interpersonal factors of supply chain coordination relationship positively affect the integration of supply chain within the enterprise, and have different founding years. There are significant differences in supply chain integration among enterprises of scale and type of business. 5) commitment of supply chain coordination relationship, trust and interpersonal relationship positively affect external supply chain integration, and have different established years. There are significant differences in external supply chain integration between scale and business type. This paper includes 2 figures, 104 tables and 121 references.
