百視通新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:三網(wǎng)融合是新時(shí)期深化體制改革的重大舉措,與黨中央擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的思路相吻合。三網(wǎng)融合下通信產(chǎn)業(yè)和傳媒雙向滲透,將是未來產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨全新發(fā)展機(jī)遇,IPTV、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電視業(yè)務(wù)成為產(chǎn)業(yè)焦點(diǎn)。百視通作為新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)的先驅(qū)力量,亟需對(duì)新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展軌跡與路徑進(jìn)行研究,提出適合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的策略、措施,進(jìn)一步鞏固產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位,引領(lǐng)新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)走向更為輝煌的未來。 本文以百視通新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略為研究對(duì)象,在全面系統(tǒng)分析國內(nèi)外新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及參考大量文獻(xiàn),指出新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)三大發(fā)展趨勢:業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài)多樣化;多產(chǎn)業(yè)融合;媒體公司集團(tuán)化。同時(shí),梳理百視通現(xiàn)狀,明確產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸:(1)IPTV政策因素制約;(2)IPTV互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電視生命周期交替;(3)更多競爭者擠入市場;(4)用戶需求復(fù)雜化、用戶群體分層漸現(xiàn);(5)各產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈參與者爭奪控制權(quán)。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真研究百視通新媒體發(fā)展思路:(1)建立適配多層次多主體的新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)體系;(2)向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游滲透,增強(qiáng)控制權(quán);(3)細(xì)分市場,各個(gè)擊破;(4)加強(qiáng)海外拓展,打造海外華人新媒體平臺(tái);(5)技術(shù)引擎拉動(dòng)新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展;(6)連橫合縱,多樣化合作開創(chuàng)多贏局面;(7)成為新媒體行業(yè)人才培育的搖籃;(8)推進(jìn)新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)制度破題。圍繞發(fā)展思路,設(shè)計(jì)制定百視通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略:(1)技術(shù)先行;(2)全球化戰(zhàn)略;(3)加強(qiáng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)多類型參與者的合資合作;(4)豐富現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品體系應(yīng)對(duì)多樣化需求;(5)由單一內(nèi)容優(yōu)勢拓展為一體化新媒體公司;(6)上市:利用資本的力量。最后根據(jù)百視通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略,從科學(xué)管理、組織架構(gòu)、人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)等角度提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的推進(jìn)措施,確保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略有序落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:The integration of three networks is an important measure to deepen the reform of the system in the new period, which coincides with the thinking of the CPC Central Committee to expand domestic demand and change the mode of economic development. The communication industry and the media under the three-net amalgamation will be the development trend of the industry in the future. New media industry is facing a new development opportunity IPTV, Internet TV business has become the focus of the industry. As a pioneer of the new media industry, Beshitong urgently needs to study the track and path of the development of the new media industry, put forward appropriate strategies and measures for the development of the industry, and further consolidate the leading position of the industry. Leading the new media industry to a more brilliant future. This paper takes the development strategy of new media industry as the research object, analyzes the development experience of new media industry at home and abroad and a large number of references, and points out the three development trends of new media industry: diversification of business form, multi-industry convergence; Media companies are grouped. At the same time, combing the current situation of BST, it is clear that the bottleneck of industrial development is that IPTV policy factors restrict the change of IPTV life cycle between Taiwan and Taiwan. Around the idea of development, Design and formulation of Blocktop Industry Development Strategy: 1) Technology first 2) Globalization Strategy 3) strengthening Joint Venture and Cooperation with multiple types of participants in the Industry 4) enriching the existing Product system to meet the diversification demand 5) expanding from a single content advantage to a single content advantage New media company: capitalization of the power of capital. Finally, according to the industrial development strategy of Baishitong, from the scientific management, organizational structure, human resources, financial and other aspects of industrial development to promote measures to ensure the orderly implementation of industrial development strategy.
