【摘要】：在區(qū)域經濟轉型的關鍵時期,文化制造業(yè)、文化批零業(yè)和文化服務業(yè)在各省市獲得了不同程度的發(fā)展。通過構建測度指標體系,運用SBM-DEA模型和Malmquist指數測算發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)中國內地文化產業(yè)三大子行業(yè)綜合效率整體偏低,純技術效率偏低是主要原因。行業(yè)效率的提升仍需依賴技術水平與管理能力提升;(2)31省市文化子行業(yè)效率水平非均衡特征明顯:文化制造業(yè)綜合效率呈現(xiàn)"西低東高"階梯式分布,文化批零業(yè)和文化服務業(yè)則整體呈現(xiàn)"低集中—高分散"的空間分異特征。相比而言,多數省市文化制造業(yè)有了較好發(fā)展,這與中國制造業(yè)率先獲得發(fā)展相關;(3)2012—2013年,文化制造業(yè)、文化批零業(yè)及文化服務業(yè)行業(yè)效率增幅最大的依次是中部、西部和東部地區(qū),這體現(xiàn)了中國產業(yè)轉移與文化產業(yè)差異化區(qū)域發(fā)展的階段性特征。
[Abstract]:In the critical period of regional economic transformation, cultural manufacturing, cultural batch and cultural services have developed to different degrees in various provinces and cities.By constructing the index system of measurement, using SBM-DEA model and Malmquist index, we find that the overall comprehensive efficiency of the three major industries of cultural industry in mainland China is on the low side, and the low efficiency of pure technology is the main reason.The improvement of industry efficiency still depends on the improvement of technology level and management ability. The disequilibrium characteristic of the efficiency level of cultural sub-industry in the provinces and cities is obvious: the comprehensive efficiency of cultural manufacturing industry presents the "west, low, east and high" ladder distribution.The cultural batch industry and the cultural service industry as a whole presented the spatial differentiation characteristics of "low concentration-high dispersion".In contrast, most provinces and cities have better development of the cultural manufacturing industry, which is related to the first development of the Chinese manufacturing industry. In 2012-2013, the biggest increase in the efficiency of the cultural manufacturing industry, the cultural batch industry and the cultural service industry was in the central region.In the western and eastern regions, this reflects the stage characteristics of the regional development of China's industrial transfer and cultural industry differentiation.
