【摘要】：2014年開始的新一輪浙江省農(nóng)村電影改革聚焦于農(nóng)村電影內(nèi)在運(yùn)行機(jī)制方面,從以前政府全面計(jì)劃放映轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦幼鹬厥袌?chǎng)和觀眾。浙江農(nóng)村電影改革新探索的成績(jī)主要表現(xiàn)為"三個(gè)結(jié)合":公益放映與有償放映相結(jié)合;流動(dòng)放映與固定放映相結(jié)合;市場(chǎng)效益與社會(huì)效益相結(jié)合。安吉縣農(nóng)村在固定影院建設(shè)和"一卡通"票務(wù)系統(tǒng)方面取得了良好進(jìn)展。義烏農(nóng)村電影正在積極進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化探索,如義烏"影院+"模式推動(dòng)農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,以"自給自足"新模式替代"送電影下鄉(xiāng)"舊模式。浙江農(nóng)村電影改革新探索對(duì)全國(guó)其他農(nóng)村地區(qū)具有多方面的啟示價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The new round of rural film reform in Zhejiang Province, which began in 2014, focuses on the intrinsic operating mechanism of rural films. The achievements of the new exploration of Zhejiang rural film reform are mainly manifested as "three combinations": the combination of public welfare projection and paid projection, the combination of mobile projection and fixed projection, the transformation from the government's comprehensive plan to more respect for the market and the audience. Good progress has been made in the construction of fixed cinemas and the ticketing system of "one Card" in Anji County. For example, the mode of "cinema" in Yiwu promotes the innovation of rural public cultural service and replaces the old mode of "sending films to the countryside" with the new mode of "self-sufficiency". The new exploration of Zhejiang's rural film reform has many enlightenments to other rural areas of the country.
