【摘要】：本文分析我國國有文化企業(yè)版權(quán)資產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,指出版權(quán)資產(chǎn)管理存在制度缺失、權(quán)屬不清、管理混亂等問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上完整提出了版權(quán)資產(chǎn)管理體系,給出了版權(quán)資產(chǎn)編碼方案、微版權(quán)產(chǎn)品管理模型和版權(quán)資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移追蹤模型。版權(quán)資產(chǎn)管理體系的提出將有助于推動我國國有文化企業(yè)版權(quán)資產(chǎn)管理的發(fā)展,對版權(quán)的精細(xì)化運(yùn)營具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of the management of copyright assets in state-owned cultural enterprises in China, and points out that there are some problems in the management of copyright assets, such as lack of system, unclear ownership and confusion of management, etc. On this basis, the author puts forward a complete management system of copyright assets. The scheme of copyright asset coding, the model of micro-copyright product management and the model of tracing the transfer of copyright assets are given. The proposal of copyright asset management system will help to promote the development of the management of copyright assets in state-owned cultural enterprises in China. It is of great significance to the fine operation of copyright.
