【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后中國商業(yè)電影經歷了一個發(fā)展高峰,然而大部分商業(yè)電影以及商業(yè)制片機構沒有得到足夠的重視和研究,國泰影業(yè)公司和大同影業(yè)公司作為當時最具實力的電影生產機構同樣存在長期被忽視的問題。兩公司的發(fā)展不僅是戰(zhàn)后民營電影公司的一個縮影,其經營者柳中亮和柳中浩兄弟的發(fā)家史同樣是中國電影業(yè)家族式經營的一個最好例證。本論文嘗試通過大量史料分析,從源頭梳理柳氏兄弟的影院經營史和制片機構經營史,并從成立、發(fā)展、分立和轉型改造四個時期論述兩公司的發(fā)展概況。兩公司在1952年被國有化改造后結束經營,也標志著電影業(yè)家族式經營體制在內地的階段性消亡。最后一章借助影像文本和史料,嘗試從類型片的角度來具體探析兩公司商業(yè)影片的創(chuàng)作特點。本論文對國泰影業(yè)公司和大同影業(yè)公司的研究目的,是試圖補充和糾正傳統(tǒng)電影史對于兩公司論述的疏漏和偏差,同時也希望能夠通過公司研究,還原戰(zhàn)后時期中國商業(yè)電影業(yè)態(tài),以期為中國電影史的書寫做補充。
[Abstract]:The China commercial film has experienced a development peak, but most commercial and commercial movie studios did not get enough attention and research, Cathay company and Datong film company as the most powerful film production institutions also have long neglected problems. The development of the two companies is not only a microcosm of the private film company the operator, Liu Zhongliang and Liu Zhonghao brothers history is also one of the best examples of China film industry family operation. This paper attempts to analyze from the source through a lot of historical data, combing Liu brothers studios and theater business history and business history, from the establishment, development, separation and transformation of four periods is discussed the development of the two companies. Two companies were nationalised in 1952 after the end of business transformation, also marks the stage of the film industry family management system in the mainland Of the die. The last chapter by means of text and image data, try writing characteristics from the perspective of genre specific analysis of the two company commercial film. This thesis studies on Cathay company and Datong film company, is trying to supplement and correct omissions and deviation of traditional film history for the two companies discussed, but also hope to through the research, reduction of China commercial film format of the postwar period, in order to supplement the China film history.
