【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,創(chuàng)意時(shí)代已經(jīng)來(lái)臨。面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),基于創(chuàng)意也基于文化的文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)如何利用我國(guó)得天獨(dú)厚的傳統(tǒng)文化優(yōu)勢(shì),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,盡快提升文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力,確保生存并持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的重要課題之一。基于此,在明確我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用FAHP法對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 本文首先分析了我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的研究背景,明確國(guó)內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力研究現(xiàn)狀,在闡明文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)、自主創(chuàng)新能力、文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力、模糊層次綜合評(píng)價(jià)等相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀從自主創(chuàng)新資金籌措、自主創(chuàng)新RD投入、自主創(chuàng)新人員投入等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。為正確評(píng)價(jià)與有效提高我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力,從創(chuàng)意研發(fā)能力、創(chuàng)意生產(chǎn)能力、創(chuàng)意營(yíng)銷能力以及創(chuàng)意管理能力等四個(gè)角度,分析了我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響因素。在遵循評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的一般原則基礎(chǔ)上,建立了我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,該指標(biāo)體系包括4個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和18個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo);采用模糊層次綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并以大連AC文化創(chuàng)意公司為例,進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。最后,從戰(zhàn)略角度提出提升我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的具體對(duì)策,,以期為文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的管理決策者提供指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the creative era has come. In the face of fierce market competition, cultural and creative enterprises based on creativity and culture how to take advantage of our unique traditional cultural advantages, To improve the independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises as soon as possible, to ensure their survival and sustainable development, has become one of the most important issues that need to be solved urgently. Based on this, on the basis of defining the factors affecting the independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises in our country, This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the independent innovation ability of the cultural creative enterprises in our country, and evaluates the independent innovation ability of the cultural creative enterprises by using the FAHP method. This paper first analyzes the research background of the independent innovation ability of the cultural and creative enterprises in our country, clarifies the present situation of the research on the independent innovation ability of the cultural creative enterprises at home and abroad, and clarifies the cultural creative enterprises, the independent innovation ability. On the basis of related concepts, such as independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises and fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation, the present situation of independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises in China is raised from independent innovation funds, independent innovation R D input, and so on. In order to evaluate and effectively improve the independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises in our country, from the ability of creative research and development, creative production capacity, From the four angles of creative marketing ability and creative management ability, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the independent innovation ability of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises. The evaluation index system of independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises in China is established. The index system includes 4 secondary indexes and 18 third grade indexes, which are evaluated by fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation method, and take Dalian AC Cultural and Creative Company as an example. Finally, from the strategic point of view, the author puts forward specific countermeasures to enhance the independent innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises in China, in order to provide guidance for the management decision makers of cultural and creative enterprises.
