【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界趨于軟實(shí)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展逐漸成為各國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。因而，深入研宄當(dāng)今世界文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，準(zhǔn)確把握其發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn)，對(duì)于各國(guó)未來(lái)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)意義重大�；诶碚撆c現(xiàn)實(shí)研宄的需要，本文將著手探討如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)較為全面的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系，并以G20國(guó)家為樣本，分析并評(píng)價(jià)目前G20國(guó)家的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀。G20國(guó)家在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位，因此，探討G20國(guó)家文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀對(duì)于反映整個(gè)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，在回顧和梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、人力資本、技術(shù)水平以及外部環(huán)境四個(gè)層面考慮，選取18個(gè)具體指標(biāo)構(gòu)建了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系；然后，本文利用變異系數(shù)法取權(quán)重，從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、人力資本、技術(shù)水平以及外部環(huán)境的角度對(duì)G20國(guó)家的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了評(píng)估，并從空間角度對(duì)其分布特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了初步探討。結(jié)果顯示，在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、人力資本、技術(shù)水平以及外部環(huán)境得分上，發(fā)展中國(guó)家和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都存在較大差距；最后，本文利用簡(jiǎn)單加權(quán)平均的方法計(jì)算得出G20各國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀況，，其中，美國(guó)、歐盟、韓國(guó)是G20國(guó)家中文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力最強(qiáng)的幾個(gè)國(guó)家，而墨西哥、印度和印度尼西亞的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力則相對(duì)較弱；文章最后還對(duì)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建可能存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，并依據(jù)相關(guān)國(guó)家的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，嘗試對(duì)各國(guó)未來(lái)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的政策建議，以圖能夠探尋未來(lái)各國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的正確路徑。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition of soft power in the world is becoming more and more fierce, and the development of cultural and creative industry is becoming the focus of competition in various countries. Therefore, we should deeply study the development of cultural creative industry in today's world and grasp its present situation and characteristics accurately. It is of great significance for the development of cultural and creative industries in the future. Based on the needs of theoretical and practical research, this paper will discuss how to build a more comprehensive index system of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries, and take the G20 countries as a sample. Analysis and Evaluation of the present situation of Cultural and Creative Industry Competitiveness of G20 countries. G20 countries have a very important strategic position in the global economy. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in G20 countries for reflecting the development of the whole cultural and creative industries. First of all, on the basis of reviewing and combing the relevant theories at home and abroad, this paper selects 18 specific indicators to construct the index system of cultural and creative industry competitiveness from the four aspects of industrial scale, human capital, technology level and external environment. Then, by using the coefficient of variation method, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries of the G20 countries from the perspective of industrial scale, human capital, technological level and external environment. The results show that there is a big gap between developing and developed countries in industrial scale, human capital, technological level and external environment score. This paper uses the simple weighted average method to calculate the comprehensive competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries of the G20 countries. Among them, the United States, the European Union and South Korea are the most competitive countries among the G20 countries, while Mexico is the most competitive country in the cultural and creative industries. India and Indonesia are relatively weak in the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural and creative industries. Finally, the paper analyzes the possible problems in the construction of the index system, and based on the development experience of relevant countries, This paper attempts to put forward corresponding policy recommendations for the development of cultural and creative industries in the future in order to explore the correct path for the development of cultural and creative industries in the future.
