【摘要】：藝術家駐地英文譯為"Artist In Residency"簡稱AIR,在西方有著悠久的發(fā)展歷史和成熟的管理經驗,近年在中國的發(fā)展也是風生水起,不少藝術機構、藝術空間開始紛紛效仿歐美設立藝術家駐地項目,"駐地"已然成為藝術家職業(yè)發(fā)展道路上的重要一環(huán)。本文以藝術家駐地項目的制度作為研究對象,首先對藝術家駐地的緣起與發(fā)展歷史進行了梳理。然后運用統(tǒng)計與分類的方法對當下世界范圍內藝術家駐地項目與機構進行了統(tǒng)計,并劃分為六種類型,分別是國家扶持藝術家駐地類型、地方政府扶持藝術家駐地類型、基金會支持藝術家駐地類型、院校合作藝術家駐地類型、藝術機構運營藝術家駐地類型以及藝術家自主運營藝術家駐地類型。通過梳理眾多典型案例,運用管理學研究方法分析其功能定位、地域位置、組織構架、評選方式、扶持政策、募款政策、管理制度、駐地創(chuàng)作、制度法規(guī)等方面,以窺見其制度在運營管理與發(fā)展中的普遍性,多角度地呈現(xiàn)出當下各種類型駐地項目發(fā)展面貌與特點。文章最后通過眾多案例的特殊性提煉普遍性,總結當下藝術家駐地項目在運營管理中普遍存在的問題并提出未來發(fā)展相應的策略與建議。
[Abstract]:Artist in Residency has a long history of development and mature management experience in the West. Art space began to follow the example of Europe and the United States to set up the resident project of artists, "resident" has become an important part of the career development of artists. At first, the origin and development history of the artists' residence is sorted out. Then, by using the method of statistics and classification, the author makes statistics on the projects and institutions of artists' residence in the world, and divides them into six types. They are the types of national supported artists' resident sites, the local government's supported artists' resident types, the fund's supported artists' resident types, and the college cooperative artists' resident types. Through combing many typical cases, using the management research method to analyze its function orientation, regional position, organization structure, selection method, the art organization operates the artist resident type as well as the artist independent operation artist resident type. Support policy, fund-raising policy, management system, resident creation, system regulation and so on, in order to see the universality of its system in operation management and development, At the end of this paper, we refine the universality through the particularity of many cases. This paper summarizes the common problems existing in the operation and management of the artists' resident projects and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions for the future development.
