【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)居民生活水平的不斷提高,人們更加注重對精神生活的追求。經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展伴隨著一系列社會問題和生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的出現(xiàn),尋求新的發(fā)展道路是我國現(xiàn)階段首要解決的問題。在長時期的社會主義建設中探索出了一條新的發(fā)展道路——大發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投入到社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的浪潮中,既要發(fā)展經(jīng)濟,又要增強文化軟實力,為先進文化的發(fā)展指明方向,促進我國文化市場的繁榮發(fā)展。強調(diào)要大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),使發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要方式,強調(diào)要加速發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、大力開發(fā)文化市場。將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成為"黃金產(chǎn)業(yè)",為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來了強大的動力。在當前的時代背景下我們認識到:提高文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力就成為當前的首要任務。本文選定京哈—京廣鐵路沿線經(jīng)濟帶這一范圍,京哈—京廣鐵路是貫通中國南北方的一條重要鐵路線,沿線經(jīng)濟帶在中國居于重要的地位。在該經(jīng)濟帶中,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出貢獻越來越明顯。交通經(jīng)濟帶理論、增長極理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論是本文應用的相關(guān)理論,明確了經(jīng)濟帶提出的理論依據(jù),及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式。待理論基礎分析完成后,又通過閱讀相關(guān)文獻,搜集整理數(shù)據(jù)資料。運用定量分析的發(fā)法,對經(jīng)濟帶中"八省二市"的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行分析與評價,得出相應的結(jié)果。隨后對各省市的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行了深入剖析,并根據(jù)各地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,因地制宜,結(jié)合當前新形勢、新政策按照宏觀—中觀—微觀的思路,提出"兩線兩區(qū)"、"一體兩翼"、"五點五基地"的發(fā)展模式和相應的發(fā)展策略來提高該經(jīng)濟帶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents, people pay more attention to the pursuit of spiritual life. The economic development is accompanied by a series of social problems and ecological environmental problems. Seeking a new way of development is the first problem to be solved in our country at the present stage. In the long period of socialist construction, we have explored a new way of development-the great development of cultural industry. To put cultural industry into the wave of socialist market economy, we should not only develop economy, but also strengthen the soft power of culture so as to point out the direction for the development of advanced culture. To promote the prosperity and development of China's cultural market. It is emphasized to vigorously develop cultural industries, so that the development of cultural industries become the main way to speed up economic development, and emphasize the need to accelerate the development of cultural industries. Vigorously develop the cultural market and develop the cultural industry into a "gold industry". This has given a powerful impetus to economic development. In the context of the present era, we recognize that:. To improve the competitiveness of the cultural industry is the first task at present. This paper selects the economic belt along the Beijing-Harbin-Beijing-Guangzhou railway. The Jingha-Jingguang Railway is an important railway line connecting the south and the north of China. The economic belt along the line occupies an important position in China. The theory of traffic economic belt, the theory of growth pole, the theory of industrial cluster and the theory of industrial convergence are the relevant theories applied in this paper. The paper clarifies the theoretical basis of the economic belt and the development model of the cultural industry. After the theoretical analysis is completed, it collects and collates the data by reading the relevant documents and using the method of quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of the cultural industry of "eight provinces and two cities" in the economic belt, and obtains the corresponding results. Then, it makes a thorough analysis of the competitiveness of the cultural industries of the provinces and cities, and according to the strengths and weaknesses of the regions. In line with local conditions and in the light of the current new situation, the new policy puts forward "two lines, two zones" and "one body and two wings" according to the idea of macro-meso-micro-level. The development model of "5.5 Base" and the corresponding development strategies are proposed to improve the overall competitiveness of the cultural industry of the economic belt.
