【摘要】:西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展晚,起步低,規(guī)模小,然而西藏?fù)碛歇氁粺o二的文化資源,西藏文化的關(guān)注度享譽全世界,另一方面近年來在藏企業(yè)和區(qū)內(nèi)外的社會資本投資西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的積極性格外高漲,然而企業(yè)在市場中艱辛創(chuàng)業(yè),政府在文件中高談闊論,西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨諸多問題。本人目前在西藏自治區(qū)文化廳文化產(chǎn)業(yè)處工作,深感西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展的迎來的機遇和面臨著的挑戰(zhàn)。本論文旨在探討和研究西藏的文化資源優(yōu)勢如何轉(zhuǎn)換為產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢,政府主管部門如何為企業(yè)搭建良好的公共服務(wù)平臺,使西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康地發(fā)展,形成基于獨特優(yōu)勢的“西藏模式”的發(fā)展之路,實現(xiàn)西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展。 西藏是全國的文化資源大區(qū),發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)有著得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢,科學(xué)、適度、跨越式的發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),是一項緊迫的任務(wù)。尤其在全球金融危機的影響下,文化呈現(xiàn)出逆勢上揚的局面,這對西藏文化發(fā)展是難得的機遇,同時對促進(jìn)西藏經(jīng)濟建設(shè),社會穩(wěn)定有著積極的意義。 本文試從我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程和西藏自治區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀入手,論述了我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史階段,分析了我國文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢,并在就此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了文化產(chǎn)發(fā)展的“西藏模式”提出的必要性。介紹了國內(nèi)外成熟的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,既介紹了國內(nèi)的,也介紹了國外的;既側(cè)重了相似資源的,也側(cè)重了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展最先進(jìn)的,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)了這些成熟模式對“西藏模式”的啟示。研究西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,參照國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的成功模式,分析文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的“西藏模式”的可行性,提出“西藏模式”的策略和對策,對西藏自治區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展做出有益參考。本論文研究的最終目是前瞻性地大膽提出基于西藏自治區(qū)文化資源獨特優(yōu)勢的“西藏模式”的發(fā)展之路,實現(xiàn)西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展。著眼實際,追溯根本,分析了西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,闡明了“西藏模式”的主要內(nèi)容,以及對“西藏模式”的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境給予分析,對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的“西藏模式”的環(huán)境可行性進(jìn)行了深入的探討。最后,提出了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的“西藏模式”的策略和對策,對未來西藏自治區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了具體的思路和方法,對“西藏模式”的發(fā)展和建設(shè)提出了可操作性的建設(shè)性意見。 西藏屬西部欠發(fā)達(dá)的少數(shù)民族地區(qū),源于自身歷史發(fā)展的局限和特殊的地理環(huán)境制約,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展一直處在低層次緩慢發(fā)展階段,如何切實形成和打造“西藏模式”,任重而道遠(yuǎn),然而,經(jīng)過西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)實際工作者們不懈卓越的努力,站在更高的視野和更深廣的角度,“西藏模式”不僅對本地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展意義重大,而且對于其他西部省市也能起到一定的推波助瀾的榜樣作用,最終能夠走出世界屋脊,走向世界。
[Abstract]:Tibet's cultural industry developed late, started at a low start, and has a small scale. However, Tibet has unique cultural resources, and its cultural concerns are well known all over the world. On the other hand, in recent years, the enthusiasm of Tibetan enterprises and social capital inside and outside the region to invest in Tibetan cultural industries has been particularly high. However, enterprises have been working hard in the market, and the government has spoken highly in documents. I am currently working in the Cultural Industry Department of the Tibet Autonomous region. The purpose of this paper is to explore and study how Tibet's cultural resource advantages can be transformed into industrial advantages. How to set up a good public service platform for enterprises, make Tibet's cultural industry develop continuously and healthily, and form the development road of "Tibet model" based on its unique advantages. Tibet's cultural industry has developed by leaps and bounds. Tibet is a region of cultural resources in China, and the development of cultural industries has unique advantages. It is an urgent task to develop cultural industries scientifically, moderately, and by leaps and bounds, especially under the influence of the global financial crisis. Culture is rising against the trend, which is a rare opportunity for the development of Tibetan culture, at the same time, it has a positive significance to promote the economic construction and social stability of Tibet. This paper begins with the development of cultural industry in China and the present situation of cultural industry in Tibet Autonomous region, discusses the historical stage of the development of cultural industry in China, and analyzes the present situation and trend of cultural development in China. On the basis of this, this paper expounds the necessity of "Tibet Model" for the development of cultural products, and introduces the mature cultural industry development models at home and abroad, both domestic and foreign. It not only focuses on the similar resources, but also on the most advanced industrial development, and further summarizes the enlightenment of these mature models to the "Tibet model", and studies the problems existing in the development of Tibetan cultural industry. Referring to the successful development model of cultural industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the feasibility of "Tibet mode" in the development of cultural industry, and puts forward the tactics and countermeasures of "Tibet model". The final purpose of this paper is to proactively and boldly put forward the development of "Tibet Model" based on the unique advantages of cultural resources of the Tibet Autonomous region. Realizing the great-leap-forward development of Tibet's cultural industry, focusing on reality, tracing back to the fundamental, analyzing the present situation and existing problems of Tibet's cultural industry, and expounding the main contents of the "Tibet model". The paper also analyzes the external and internal environment of the "Tibet Model", and probes into the environmental feasibility of the "Tibet Model" for the development of cultural industry. This paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures of "Tibet Model" for the development of cultural industry, and provides concrete ideas and methods for the future development of cultural industry in Tibet Autonomous region. Constructive suggestions are put forward for the development and construction of the Tibet Model. Tibet is an underdeveloped minority area in the west of China. It is due to the limitations of its own historical development and special geographical environment. The development of cultural industry has been at a low level and slow development stage. However, through the unremitting and remarkable efforts of the practical workers in Tibet's cultural industry, they stand in a higher field of vision and from a deeper and broader perspective. "Tibet Model" is not only of great significance to the development of cultural industry in this region, but also plays a role model for other western provinces and cities, finally, it can walk out of the roof of the world and go to the world.
