【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)因其具有的科技含量高、污染低和附加值高等特點(diǎn)而受到各級(jí)、各地政府的高度重視。包頭市是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)最老的工業(yè)城市,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。包頭市于2012年審議通過了《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,并明確提出了打造文化大市的奮斗目標(biāo),為包頭市發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇。 本論文在對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從發(fā)展背景、資源優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。從宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面對(duì)包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,通過將包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與相關(guān)城市對(duì)比,指出發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和存在問題,對(duì)包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)部資源條件進(jìn)行了分析。歸納出包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,利用SW0T分析模型,針對(duì)包頭市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,對(duì)其文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)定位,對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出選擇,提出重點(diǎn)突破行業(yè),確定了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),必須有保障措施,提出了完善現(xiàn)代文化市場體系和健全多元化投融資體系等保障措施,從而更好地實(shí)施文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Because of its high scientific and technological content, low pollution and high added value, cultural industry has been attached great importance by local governments. Baotou City is the oldest industrial city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In 2012, Baotou City approved the 12th Five-Year Plan of Cultural Industry, and clearly put forward the goal of building a cultural city. Baotou for the development of cultural industries to provide unprecedented opportunities. On the basis of the research on the theory of cultural industry, this thesis is based on the background of development. This paper evaluates the development of Baotou cultural industry from the aspects of resource superiority and development strategy, and analyzes the external environment of Baotou cultural industry from two aspects: macroscopic environment and industry environment. By comparing the present situation of Baotou cultural industry with the related cities, this paper points out the development characteristics and existing problems. The internal resource conditions of Baotou cultural industry are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of Baotou cultural industry are summarized, and the SW0T analysis model is used. According to the reality of the development of cultural industry in Baotou City, the strategic orientation, industrial structure positioning, the choice of the development strategy of cultural industry and the key breakthrough industry are put forward. The development goal of cultural industry, the implementation of development strategy and the realization of the goal must be guaranteed, and the guarantee measures such as perfecting the modern cultural market system and perfecting the diversified investment and financing system are put forward. In order to better implement the cultural industry development strategy, achieve cultural industry development goals.
