【摘要】：我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于蓬勃發(fā)展的黃金時期,影片產(chǎn)量、銀幕數(shù)量和電影票房增速擴大,但我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)整體規(guī)模偏小,在國民經(jīng)濟中的比重較低,仍處于產(chǎn)業(yè)化的初級階段。作為資金密集型的電影產(chǎn)業(yè)如何實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)與資本有效結(jié)合,獲得科學(xué)和活躍的投融資體系的支持,克服產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的資金約束,是電影產(chǎn)業(yè)保持快速增長的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資,無論在縱向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,還是橫向相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,都有拓展。融資方式和融資工具不斷創(chuàng)新,向規(guī)范化、專業(yè)化方向發(fā)展,對整個電影產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展起到了重要的推動作用。同時,電影產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資也暴露出一些問題,需要我們關(guān)注和研究。 本文首先闡述電影產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)概念和理論,分析電影產(chǎn)業(yè)特征。其次,立足于我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和電影產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資現(xiàn)狀,運用投資學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)理論知識,從電影產(chǎn)業(yè)整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和電影產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)行各種融資方式兩個視角著手,深入分析我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)投融資存在的問題和電影產(chǎn)業(yè)各融資方式發(fā)展中存在的不足。最后,在借鑒美國、日本、韓國等電影產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達國家經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,從政府、電影企業(yè)、資金提供方、行業(yè)協(xié)會四個方面提出改進建議。
[Abstract]:The film industry of our country is in the golden period of vigorous development , the film output , the number of screens and the box office of the box office increase , but the overall size of the film industry in our country is small , the proportion of the film industry in the national economy is low , it is still in the primary stage of industrialization . The financing way and the financing tool are constantly innovated , and it plays an important role in the rapid development of the whole movie industry . At the same time , the investment and financing of the movie industry has exposed some problems , and we need our attention and research . This paper first expounds the concept and theory of the film industry , analyzes the characteristics of the film industry . Secondly , based on the current situation of the development of the movie industry in China and the present situation of the investment and financing of the movie industry , the paper analyzes the problems of the investment and financing of the movie industry chain and the shortage in the development of the financing modes of the film industry . Finally , based on the experience of the movie industry developed countries such as the United States , Japan and Korea , the suggestions are put forward from the four aspects of the government , the film enterprises , the fund providers and trade associations .
