【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是指在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的時(shí)代背景下，以創(chuàng)新能力為核心的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)概念，被稱為21世紀(jì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)”。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)旨在強(qiáng)調(diào)主體文化通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意創(chuàng)造和產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展等形式進(jìn)行開發(fā)。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要人才的支撐，而人才的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有通過(guò)政策扶持來(lái)加強(qiáng)和完善。所以，陜西省文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，要求建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新型的人才隊(duì)伍，從而促進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 越來(lái)越多的地方政府通過(guò)制定人才政策，以促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)匚幕瘎?chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，近幾年，陜西省文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了較快發(fā)展。但是，在縱觀全國(guó)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體浪潮中，陜西省的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他城市相比較，還有一定的差距，在全國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)省份中僅僅處于中等水平。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要豐富的想象力和非凡的創(chuàng)意能力，在支持與規(guī)范文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策體系中，人才政策具有核心價(jià)值地位，而目前陜西省沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)人才政策。 為了促進(jìn)陜西省文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，政府需要盡快制定文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)人才政策，，在政策制定、政策內(nèi)容、政策評(píng)估方面進(jìn)行方法和結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)化，積極推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)人才政策的制定。
[Abstract]:Refers to the cultural and creative industries in the era of global economic integration background, new concept of industry innovation ability as the core, called the twenty-first Century world economic development "sunrise industry". The creative industry seeks to highlight the main culture through technological innovation, creation and industrial development and other forms of development. The development of cultural industries need talent the support of sustainable development and talents through policy support to strengthen and perfect. Therefore, the development of cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi Province, for the construction of high-quality, innovative talents, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development in the cultural and creative industries.
More and more local governments through the development of talent policy, to promote the development of local cultural and creative industries, in recent years, cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi province is developing rapidly. However, in the overall tide throughout the country's cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi Province, the cultural and creative industries compared with other City, there is a certain gap only in the medium level, in the province of the national cultural and creative industries. The development of cultural and creative industries need rich imagination and extraordinary creativity, in the policy system for the development of cultural and creative industries to support and norms, talent policy has the core value position, and there is no policy of cultural and creative industries corresponding personnel in Shaanxi province at present.
In order to promote the development of cultural and creative industries in Shaanxi Province, the government needs to set up a talent policy for cultural and creative industries as soon as possible, and optimize the policy and policy in terms of policy formulation, policy content and policy evaluation, and actively promote the formulation of talent policies in cultural and creative industries.
