【摘要】：正一、美國藝術(shù)畫廊的出現(xiàn)美國藝術(shù)市場的歷史很可能比這個(gè)國家的歷史還要長一些。一些史料顯示,早在美利堅(jiān)合眾國尚未成立的18世紀(jì)初期,報(bào)章廣告中就零星可見收藏出售的廣告。例如1720年4月4日-11日的《波士頓報(bào)》就曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一則廣告,內(nèi)容是波士頓皇后街的舒爾先生(Mr.Shore)將舉辦一次銷售活動(dòng),在"皇冠咖啡屋出售適合懸掛在任何一位紳士的餐廳和樓梯間的畫作"。~([1])美國有史料記載的最早的畫廊可能是由德國移民邁克爾·帕夫(Michael Paff)在紐約市百老匯大街228號(hào)開辦的。根據(jù)紐約市商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)注冊(cè)名錄顯示,
[Abstract]:As a matter of fact, the emergence of American art galleries is likely to have a longer history than the history of this country. Some historical materials show that the United States of America was not yet established in the beginning of 18th century. In newspaper advertisements there are sporadic advertisements for collection and sale. For example, the Boston News from April 4th 1720 to 11th has seen an advertisement.
