【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷壯大和長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿ΑS捎谖幕a(chǎn)業(yè)具有重創(chuàng)意、輕資產(chǎn)的特性,傳統(tǒng)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)在對(duì)文化企業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投資決策時(shí),往往十分謹(jǐn)慎,致使中小型文化企業(yè)面臨著融資難的問題。眾籌模式是新興模式,目前雖然還處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,但可以作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資的一種新的途徑。眾籌模式可以打破傳統(tǒng)的融資格局,降低融資門檻,為中小型文化企業(yè)和項(xiàng)目提供一個(gè)能夠直接與消費(fèi)者面對(duì)面的交流平臺(tái),向他們直接展示自己的創(chuàng)意、理念,面向廣大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶募集資金,能夠大大減少交易成本,提高融資效率。同時(shí),眾籌模式能夠有效地激發(fā)文化產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)造潛力,從而突破文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展瓶頸,促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于眾籌模式的研究主要集中在大環(huán)境下的總體發(fā)展,還比較缺乏對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)眾籌模式發(fā)展問題的系統(tǒng)梳理和研究。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)眾籌模式進(jìn)行概要介紹,并提出文化產(chǎn)業(yè)眾籌模式及其產(chǎn)生的背景與條件,進(jìn)而更細(xì)化的對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)各行業(yè)眾籌融資的概況進(jìn)行分析和闡述,強(qiáng)調(diào)眾籌模式對(duì)于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的作用和意義,并分析文化項(xiàng)目眾籌成功的主要因素以及導(dǎo)致文化項(xiàng)目眾籌失敗的局限性。最后,從改善眾籌平臺(tái)三方主體,加強(qiáng)政府監(jiān)管、完善國(guó)家政策法律等角度,提出文化產(chǎn)業(yè)眾籌模式的發(fā)展對(duì)策,從而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與眾籌模式的完美對(duì)接。
[Abstract]:The level of development of cultural industry is an important symbol to measure a country's soft power. Investment and financing of cultural industry is an important driving force for the continuous growth and rapid development of cultural industry. When traditional financial institutions make investment decisions on cultural enterprise projects, they are often very careful, resulting in small and medium-sized cultural enterprises facing the problem of financing difficulties. Crowdfunding model is a new model. Although it is still in the primary stage of development, it can be used as a new way for the investment and financing of cultural industry. The mode of crowdfunding can break the traditional financing pattern and lower the threshold of financing. For small and medium-sized cultural enterprises and projects to provide a direct face-to-face communication platform with consumers to show them their ideas, ideas, for the vast number of Internet users to raise funds. At the same time, crowdfunding model can effectively stimulate the creative potential of cultural products, thus breaking through the bottleneck of cultural industry development and promoting the development of cultural industry. Domestic research on crowdfunding model is mainly focused on the overall development of the environment. There is also a relatively lack of the cultural industry crowdfunding model development of the system combing and research. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the international and domestic crowdfunding model, and puts forward the cultural industry crowdfunding model and its background and conditions. And then more detailed analysis and elaboration of the domestic cultural industry industry financing situation of crowdfunding, emphasizing the role and significance of crowdfunding model for cultural industry. And analyze the main factors of the success of the cultural project crowdfunding and the limitations of the failure of the cultural project crowdfunding. Finally, from the perspective of improving the platform of crowdfunding, strengthening government supervision, improving national policies and laws, and so on. In order to realize the perfect docking between cultural industry and crowdfunding mode, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of cultural industry crowdfunding mode.
