文章摘要：文章利用2002年和2007年的投入產(chǎn)出資料,基于投入產(chǎn)出模型,以甘肅為例對(duì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)特征和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了定量測(cè)算.研究結(jié)果表明：甘肅商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對(duì)第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的后向需求拉動(dòng)作用最明顯,與農(nóng)業(yè)的后向關(guān)聯(lián)最弱;甘肅商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對(duì)其自身和其他服務(wù)業(yè)的前向支撐作用最大,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)的支撐作用最小;甘肅流通產(chǎn)業(yè)由中間產(chǎn)品型產(chǎn)業(yè)正逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽罱K需求型基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值率有所提高;甘肅商貿(mào)流通業(yè)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的拉動(dòng)作用較為明顯,感應(yīng)度系數(shù)和影響力系數(shù)僅次于第二產(chǎn)業(yè).宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)則反映出：甘肅商貿(mào)流通業(yè)為勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),其在吸納就業(yè)、促進(jìn)消費(fèi)方面仍有待加強(qiáng);流通業(yè)開(kāi)放度低,內(nèi)向型特征顯著.最后提出了發(fā)展欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的相關(guān)政策建議.

Abstr：This paper uses input-output data of 2002 and 2007, by nput-output model, we analyze the industrial linkage features and macroeconomic effects of commercial circulation industry in China＇s western underdeveloped area taking Gansu province as example. The backward industrial indicator indicates that commercial circulation industry has strong connection with the second industry, and the backward effect on agriculture is weak. The forward indicator indicates that commercial circulation industry has strong forward effect on itself and other services, and the effect on agriculture is weak. Intermediate demand and inputs rates indicate commercial circulation industry is gradually recovering from producer services to customer services and promoting the underdeveloped area＇s economic growth significantly, but its ability in absorbing employment and promoting consumption remains to be strengthened. The paper puts forward some proposals on development of Commerce and industry in western underdeveloped regions.
