歷史上的“絲綢之路”作為中國與中東和中亞的貿(mào)易與文化交流通道,曾經(jīng)是伍全球最重要的地緣經(jīng)濟組合和文化交流紐帶。如今中國政府主張實施的“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略使得這得條古老的貿(mào)易通道再次得到了激活,中國正借助“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略加強與歐亞大陸的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系,偉大的絲綢之路再次復(fù)興。隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略持續(xù)推進,金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行與亞投行開業(yè)運營,中國和哈薩克斯坦的戰(zhàn)略合作必將不斷擴大,本文研究了“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下中國和哈薩克斯坦的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展機遇。如何理解“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略推進下中國和哈薩克斯坦的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展機遇興起的原因、影響和路徑呢?這正是本文所要著力探討的問題。文章采用了定性和定量研究方法研究“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下中國和哈薩克斯坦的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展機遇。在定性研究部分,文章引用了大量已有研究文獻作為參考,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果為本課題奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ),但現(xiàn)有研究缺乏對“一帶一路”沿線哈薩克斯坦研究文獻的系統(tǒng)整理,更缺乏對中國和哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟合作機遇的系統(tǒng)分析。本文在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地分析了中國和哈薩克斯坦“絲綢之路”的歷史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),分析了目前中國和哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)貿(mào)合作存在的滯后領(lǐng)域,探討如何深化雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,...
