　　吉布提是聯(lián)合國(guó)認(rèn)定的世界上最不發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家之一,但吉布提的戰(zhàn)略位置非常重要,是海上西線的關(guān)鍵之處,也是連接亞非歐市場(chǎng)的首個(gè)連接點(diǎn),更是通往歐洲和非洲的海上必經(jīng)之地。中國(guó)提出“一帶一路”倡議以來(lái),中國(guó)對(duì)吉布提投資已超140億美元。然而,中吉合作仍面臨很多挑戰(zhàn)。本文主要基于“一帶一路”倡議,研究中國(guó)企業(yè)在吉布提的投資發(fā)展,首先從人文地理學(xué)、政治地理學(xué)、地理信息系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)等多個(gè)學(xué)科分析,通過(guò)研究,探討地理學(xué)在研究投資環(huán)境的理論路線和方法。通過(guò)對(duì)吉布提投資環(huán)境的全方位梳理,本文分析了吉布提的基本國(guó)情,自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、人文環(huán)境等。了解到吉布提的經(jīng)濟(jì)落后,科技水平低,但是它有豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源和農(nóng)牧業(yè)資源,同時(shí)吉布提的勞動(dòng)力非常廉價(jià),對(duì)外優(yōu)惠政策多,這是中國(guó)企業(yè)投資吉布提的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。然而通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)投資吉布提的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查可以發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然吉布提投資環(huán)境相對(duì)優(yōu)越,但是仍然存在農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件落后、港口物流設(shè)施不完善以及加工制造業(yè)發(fā)展滯后等一系列問(wèn)題,很大程度上影響了中國(guó)企業(yè)在吉布提的投資前景及長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。因此本文針對(duì)吉布提投資的優(yōu)勢(shì)及問(wèn)題不足之處,從制定完整的針對(duì)吉布提的投資戰(zhàn)略、...
