　　中國(guó)在哈薩克斯坦投資的很大一部分集中在能源領(lǐng)域。這主要是哈薩克斯坦生產(chǎn)和出口的能源資源——石油、天然氣、煤炭、鈾。哈薩克斯坦和中國(guó)之間在石油和天然氣領(lǐng)域的合作自從1996開始迅速增長(zhǎng)。在哈薩克斯坦能源領(lǐng)域的許多項(xiàng)目里,中國(guó)在過去的十五年里積極參與就是一個(gè)生動(dòng)的證明。目前中國(guó)和哈薩克斯坦在交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域,正在積極實(shí)施大型合作項(xiàng)目。哈薩克斯坦和中國(guó)之間的運(yùn)輸合作包括兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域:運(yùn)用哈薩克斯坦在中國(guó)和其它歐亞大陸國(guó)家之間的鐵路和汽車運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)的交通潛力,來維護(hù)中華人民共和國(guó)和哈薩克斯坦之間經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。實(shí)證分析的目的是探討,基于引力模型,從中國(guó)到哈薩克斯坦的FDI（外商直接投資）流量在2008-2016年年和NLS模型。由于傳統(tǒng)的重力變量(GDP,人均GDP、距離、公共邊界和公共組織的最新變量都是虛設(shè)的,本文的估計(jì)得到了控制。結(jié)果表明,東道國(guó)和來源國(guó)、共同邊界和同一組織成員的總產(chǎn)品在這種情況下被稱為共同組織,其豐富度與哈薩克斯坦某地區(qū)合資企業(yè)的數(shù)量正相關(guān)。
