【摘要】：正在我國,所謂國家級新區(qū)是指由國務院設立的以相關行政區(qū)、特殊功能區(qū)為基礎,承擔著國家重大發(fā)展和改革開放戰(zhàn)略任務的大尺度、綜合型城市功能區(qū)。從區(qū)域經濟學的理論來看,國家級新區(qū)是我國特殊經濟區(qū)發(fā)展的最新階段(特殊經濟區(qū)是國家為實現(xiàn)特定目的,在一定空間范圍內設立的實施特殊政策和管理手段
[Abstract]:In our country, the so-called national new area refers to the comprehensive urban functional area established by the State Council, which is based on the relevant administrative regions and special functional areas and undertakes the strategic tasks of national development and reform and opening up. From the theory of regional economics, the national new area is the latest stage of the development of special economic zone in China (special economic zone is a special policy and management means established by the state in a certain space in order to achieve a specific purpose.
