【摘要】：隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等現(xiàn)代信息通訊技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,新經(jīng)濟形態(tài)應(yīng)運而生。新經(jīng)濟時代下,傳統(tǒng)國民經(jīng)濟核算記錄生產(chǎn)和消費的方式均發(fā)生了深刻的變化,新經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測體系亟待建立。本文梳理了經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織、歐盟對新經(jīng)濟測度研究的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),歸納了經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織和歐盟對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與新經(jīng)濟測度的研究成果,總結(jié)了美國新經(jīng)濟指數(shù)的構(gòu)建內(nèi)容,將國際經(jīng)驗與中國新經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計研究進行對比,總結(jié)出可供中國借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information and communication technology, such as mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and so on, the new economic form emerges as the times require. In the new economic era, the traditional way of recording production and consumption of national economic accounting has undergone profound changes, and the statistical monitoring system of the new economy needs to be established urgently. This paper combs the development of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union on the measurement of new economy, and sums up the research results of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union on the measurement of Internet economy, digital economy and new economy. This paper summarizes the construction content of the new economic index of the United States, compares the international experience with the statistical study of China's new economy, and sums up the experience that can be used for reference by China.
