【摘要】：客觀評價中國鐵路企業(yè)國際競爭力并切實提升中國鐵路企業(yè)的整體實力和國際競爭力,是實施中國鐵路"走出去"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的根本保證和重要支撐。本文在分析影響中國鐵路企業(yè)國際競爭力的內(nèi)外部因素的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)不同類型的中國鐵路企業(yè),綜合運用層次分析法、灰色系統(tǒng)分析法等,構(gòu)建了中國鐵路企業(yè)國際競爭力評價指標體系,并對鐵路建筑施工企業(yè)和鐵路裝備制造企業(yè)的國際競爭力進行了綜合評價。評價結(jié)果顯示,中國鐵路建筑施工企業(yè)在管理能力和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面,裝備制造企業(yè)在資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、償債能力和對外開放程度方面,還有較大的上升空間。
[Abstract]:Objective evaluation of the international competitiveness of Chinese railway enterprises and the promotion of the overall strength and international competitiveness of Chinese railway enterprises are the fundamental guarantee and important support for the implementation of the development strategy of Chinese railway "going out". On the basis of analyzing the internal and external factors that affect the international competitiveness of Chinese railway enterprises, according to different types of Chinese railway enterprises, this paper comprehensively uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP), grey system analysis method and so on. The evaluation index system of international competitiveness of Chinese railway enterprises is constructed, and the international competitiveness of railway construction enterprises and railway equipment manufacturing enterprises is comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation results show that there is still much room for Chinese railway construction enterprises to rise in terms of management ability and technological innovation, and equipment manufacturing enterprises in terms of asset scale, solvency and opening to the outside world.
