【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的"三駕馬車"說,從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角,確認(rèn)拉動GDP的三項因素是國內(nèi)消費、國內(nèi)投資和凈出口。但是從經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計視角,以其為基礎(chǔ)測度凈出口對GDP的拉動貢獻(xiàn)卻導(dǎo)致負(fù)效應(yīng)悖論。本文將全球價值鏈概念融入經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計測度,將GDP恒等式重新解釋為國內(nèi)最終消費需求、國內(nèi)投資需求和國外需求,并使用國際投入產(chǎn)出表數(shù)據(jù)對新釋三因素的拉動貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行測算,從而提出經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下開發(fā)國外需求的建議。
[Abstract]:The traditional troika says that from an economic perspective, the three factors that drive GDP are domestic consumption, domestic investment and net exports. However, from the perspective of economic statistics, measuring the pull contribution of net exports to GDP leads to the paradox of negative effect. In this paper, the concept of global value chain is integrated into the economic statistical measure, and the GDP identity is reinterpreted as domestic final consumption demand, domestic investment demand and foreign demand. And using the international input-output table data to calculate the pull contribution of the three new factors, so as to put forward the suggestion of developing foreign demand under the new normal economy.
