【摘要】：近年來,東北地區(qū)陷入"經(jīng)濟(jì)失速"的困境,造成這種現(xiàn)象背后的因素很多,本文旨在提供一個(gè)基于政策層面的合理解釋。鑒于此,在利用1995~2014年東北地區(qū)和東部地區(qū)13個(gè)省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用雙重差分法(DID)研究了東北振興政策對(duì)東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:東北振興戰(zhàn)略在整體上推動(dòng)了東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,其中,投資政策、人才政策、社會(huì)生活保障政策以及技術(shù)進(jìn)步政策是有效的,而產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、對(duì)外開放政策的效果不明顯。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Northeast China has fallen into the dilemma of "economic stall", resulting in many factors behind this phenomenon. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reasonable explanation based on the policy level. In view of this, on the basis of 13 provincial panel data from 1995 to 2014, this paper studies the influence of Northeast revitalization policy on the economic development of Northeast China by using double difference method (DID). The results show that the northeast revitalization strategy has promoted the economic development of Northeast China as a whole. Among them, the investment policy, talent policy, social life security policy and technological progress policy are effective, while the industrial policy, the policy of investment, the policy of talent, the policy of social security and the policy of technological progress. The effect of the policy of opening up to the outside world is not obvious.
