【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)程不斷加快，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)愈加緊密，各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力日趨增強(qiáng)，對外直接投資在中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級中所發(fā)揮的作用也越來越重要。我國鼓勵(lì)具有比較優(yōu)勢的企業(yè)參與國際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作，積極開拓海外市場，這有助于提升產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級。 本文首先就對外直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理。以此為基礎(chǔ)從理論上分析了不同動(dòng)因的對外直接投資對母國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的機(jī)理，然后結(jié)合中國的現(xiàn)狀分析了我國對外直接投資促進(jìn)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的路徑，再運(yùn)用灰色模型和GM(1,1)預(yù)測模型對各個(gè)行業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的關(guān)聯(lián)程度進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)果表明：以科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)為代表的技術(shù)尋求型對外直接投資對國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用顯著；以批發(fā)零售業(yè)為代表的市場尋求型對外直接投資是促進(jìn)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的重要因素；以采礦業(yè)為代表的資源尋求型對外直接投資對于提升國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用也較大；戰(zhàn)略型對外直接投資的行業(yè)能夠保持以及提升產(chǎn)品的比較優(yōu)勢，，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級。最后，在理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對我國利用對外直接投資促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。對策主要包括三個(gè)方面：一是充分調(diào)動(dòng)不同動(dòng)因?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y對國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用，二是對外直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇要與我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的趨勢相一致，三是政府要加強(qiáng)在對外直接投資推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面的引導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the relationship between Chinese economy and the world economy is becoming more and more close, the international competitiveness of various industries is increasing day by day, and the role of foreign direct investment in the upgrading of China's industrial structure is becoming more and more important. China encourages enterprises with comparative advantages to participate in international economic and technical cooperation and actively open up overseas markets, which is helpful to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. In this paper, first of all, the related research on OFDI and industrial structure upgrading is combed. On this basis, this paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of the upgrading of the industrial structure of the home country by the foreign direct investment of different motivations, and then analyzes the path of promoting the upgrading of the domestic industrial structure by the foreign direct investment of our country in the light of the present situation of China. Then the grey model and GM (1,1) forecasting model are used to study the degree of correlation between each industry and the optimization of industrial structure. The results show that technology-seeking FDI, represented by scientific research and technology services, plays a significant role in upgrading domestic industrial structure. The market-seeking outward direct investment represented by wholesale and retail trade is an important factor to promote the upgrading of domestic industrial structure, and the resource-seeking outward direct investment represented by mining industry plays an important role in promoting the domestic industrial structure. Strategic OFDI industry can maintain and enhance the comparative advantage of products, and promote the upgrading of domestic industrial structure. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to promote the upgrading of industrial structure by using FDI in China. The countermeasures mainly include three aspects: one is to fully mobilize the role of foreign direct investment (OFDI) in upgrading domestic industrial structure, and the other is that the industrial choice of OFDI should be consistent with the trend of upgrading of China's industrial structure. Third, the government should strengthen its guiding role in promoting the optimization of industrial structure through outward direct investment.
