中國經(jīng)濟(jì)邁向中高端發(fā)展的效率提升與供給側(cè)改革——2017年經(jīng)濟(jì)展望

【摘要】：預(yù)計2017年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長仍較為平穩(wěn),增長為6.5%。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長穩(wěn)定在中高速增長區(qū)間,正逐步邁向中高端發(fā)展。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)邁入中高端發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵就是兩個效率提升。第一個效率提升的就是勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高。勞動生產(chǎn)率的增長速度直接決定了工資水平提升速度,沒有勞動生產(chǎn)率的提升就難以進(jìn)行人力資本的深化。第二個伴隨就是全要素生產(chǎn)率增長及全要素生產(chǎn)率貢獻(xiàn)不斷提高。全要素生產(chǎn)率是對企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步與配置效率的綜合反映的指標(biāo),全要素生產(chǎn)率的貢獻(xiàn)率視為內(nèi)生增長比重的測量。中國當(dāng)前兩個效率提升都難以達(dá)到預(yù)期,甚至出現(xiàn)了下滑趨勢,挑戰(zhàn)依然嚴(yán)重。中國未來的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長目標(biāo)是在保持經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)的基礎(chǔ)上,深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,加快效率提升模式的重塑,推動中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入中高端發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is expected to remain steady in 2017, at 6.5. China's economic growth is stable in the high-speed growth range, is gradually moving toward mid-high-end development. The key to the development of the Chinese economy in the middle and high-end is the improvement of two efficiency. The first increase in efficiency is the increase in labour productivity. The growth rate of labor productivity directly determines the speed of wage level increase, without which it is difficult to deepen human capital. The second companion is the total factor productivity growth and the total factor productivity contribution unceasingly enhances. Total factor productivity (TFP) is a comprehensive reflection of technological progress and allocation efficiency of enterprises, and the contribution rate of TFP is regarded as a measure of the proportion of endogenous growth. China's current two efficiency improvements are difficult to meet expectations, and even a downward trend, the challenge remains serious. China's future economic growth objectives are to deepen supply-side structural reforms, accelerate the remodeling of efficiency enhancement models, and promote China's economy to enter the middle and high end of the economy on the basis of maintaining a stable economy.
