【摘要】：隨著世界經濟全球化程度的不斷加深,區(qū)域競爭力正逐漸替換資源優(yōu)勢、比較優(yōu)勢成為一個地區(qū)經濟優(yōu)化發(fā)展的根本。構建現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系,已成為各地市提升產業(yè)整體素質、提高產業(yè)國際競爭力的必然選擇。德州市目前正處于經濟發(fā)展的重要時期,建設現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系并且建設具有區(qū)域優(yōu)勢特色的產業(yè)體系對經濟的又好又快的發(fā)展具有重要意義。近年來,市委、市政府重視招商引資,主抓培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢產業(yè)轉型升級,取得了優(yōu)異的成績,這表明德州市具有建設現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系的優(yōu)勢和能力。 本文借鑒邁克爾·波特的區(qū)域競爭理論,是為德州市的產業(yè)發(fā)展尋找具有較強區(qū)域競爭力的路徑,通過“梯度轉移理論”,運用‘'SWOT分析法”,從德州當前產業(yè)的基本現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)分析,并結合一些區(qū)域產業(yè)案例,以歷史、當前現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢、政策為重點分析研究德州現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系的定位,并著重分析德州如何構建現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系,進而從推動產業(yè)升級、促進企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、政府相關政策保障等方面提出了德州構建現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the globalization of the world economy, the regional competitiveness is gradually replacing the resource advantage, and the comparative advantage becomes the basis for the optimization and development of a region's economy. The construction of modern industrial system has become the inevitable choice to improve the overall quality of industry and improve the international competitiveness of industry. Dezhou is currently in an important period of economic development. It is of great significance to build a modern industrial system and an industrial system with regional advantages for the good and rapid development of the economy. In recent years, the municipal party committee and the municipal government attach importance to attracting investment and pay attention to the transformation and upgrading of the superior industries, which indicates that Dezhou has the advantage and ability to construct the modern industrial system. Using Michael Porter's theory of regional competition for reference, this paper is to find a way for the industrial development of Dezhou to have a strong regional competitiveness. Through "gradient transfer theory", the paper applies' SWOT analysis method'. Starting from the basic status quo of the current industry in Texas, and combining with some regional industrial cases, focusing on the history, current situation, development trend and policy, the paper analyzes and studies the orientation of the modern industrial system in Texas. It also analyzes how to construct the modern industrial system in Texas, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct the modern industrial system in Texas from the aspects of promoting industrial upgrading, promoting enterprise innovation, and government policy guarantee.
