【摘要】：開發(fā)區(qū)是地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要載體,同時也是城市規(guī)劃的重要對象。長興開發(fā)區(qū)于位于長興縣城區(qū)以東、杭寧高速以西，1994年經(jīng)浙江省人民政府批準為省級開發(fā)區(qū)。經(jīng)過近20年的發(fā)展，長興經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)走過了起步階段，正在向著更高的發(fā)展階段邁進。從國內(nèi)來看，隨著經(jīng)濟體制改革的不斷深化，社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制己在全國范圍內(nèi)初步建立并逐步走向完善。我國的對外開放不斷向縱深發(fā)展，開放水平不斷提高，現(xiàn)已基本形成沿海、沿邊、沿江、內(nèi)地相結合的多渠道、多層次、全方位的對外開放新格局。因此，通過對我國開發(fā)區(qū)現(xiàn)狀及問題的分析，找出適合其實際情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是十分必要的。 結合戰(zhàn)略管理理論，本文主要做了一下幾方面的工作：首先，分析了長興開發(fā)區(qū)的地理位置、資源條件以及現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局.針對現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了成長性分析；最后提出了開發(fā)區(qū)目前面臨的主要問題。其次，研究了長興開發(fā)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境。本文通過對開發(fā)區(qū)企業(yè)進行訪談和分析，在此基礎上對長興開發(fā)區(qū)進行了PEST分析和SWOT分析，并以此對長興開發(fā)區(qū)進行了發(fā)展定位，，為下文制定長興開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展策略提供了依據(jù)。最后，制定了長興開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與保障措施。
[Abstract]:Development zone is an important carrier of local economic development, and also an important object of urban planning. Changxing Development Zone is located east of Changxing County and west of Hangning Expressway. It was approved by Zhejiang Provincial people's Government in 1994. After nearly 20 years of development, Changxing Economic Development Zone has gone through the initial stage, is moving towards a higher stage of development. From the domestic point of view, with the deepening of the economic system reform, the socialist market economy system has been preliminarily established and gradually improved throughout the country. China's opening to the outside world continues to develop in depth and the level of opening to the outside world continues to improve. Now it has basically formed a new pattern of opening up to the outside world in all directions, with the combination of multiple channels, multiple levels and all directions along the coast, along the river, and in the interior. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the development strategy which is suitable to the actual situation through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the development zone in China. Combined with the theory of strategic management, this paper mainly does some work: firstly, it analyzes the geographical location, resource conditions and existing industrial pattern of Changxing Development Zone. Finally, the main problems facing the development zone are put forward. Secondly, the industrial development environment of Changxing Development Zone is studied. Based on the interviews and analysis of enterprises in Changxing Development Zone, this paper makes PEST analysis and SWOT analysis on Changxing Development Zone, and makes a development orientation for Changxing Development Zone. For the following formulation of Changxing Development Zone industrial cluster development strategy to provide the basis. Finally, the development strategy and safeguard measures of industry cluster in Changxing Development Zone are formulated.
