中國城市群創(chuàng)新非均衡性

【摘要】:利用2007—2014年中國城市層面的數(shù)據(jù),通過計(jì)算加權(quán)相對(duì)泰爾指數(shù),對(duì)京津冀、長三角和珠三角三大城市群的創(chuàng)新非均衡特征進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果顯示:中國城市群創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)存在地區(qū)差異,且主要體現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)新人力資本和以專利申請(qǐng)量表征的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出方面;京津冀城市群內(nèi)部的創(chuàng)新差異較長三角城市群和珠三角城市群更為明顯,且近年來其創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出極化現(xiàn)象持續(xù)加劇;長三角城市群和珠三角城市群的RD經(jīng)費(fèi)投入差異和創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出差異明顯縮小;中心城市的"虹吸效應(yīng)"導(dǎo)致的創(chuàng)新人才的區(qū)域差距是三大城市群亟待解決的共同難題。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Chinese cities from 2007 to 2014, the characteristics of innovation disequilibrium in the three urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are compared and analyzed by calculating the weighted relative Terre index. The results show that there are regional differences in innovation activities of urban agglomeration in China, which are mainly reflected in innovation human capital and innovation output represented by patent application. The difference of innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is more obvious than that in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and the phenomenon of innovation output polarization is becoming more and more serious in recent years. The difference of RD input and innovation output between Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is obviously reduced, and the regional gap of innovative talents caused by "siphon effect" in central cities is a common problem to be solved urgently in the three urban agglomerations.
