【摘要】：正本刊訊10月23日,全國首部省級(jí)國際產(chǎn)能合作發(fā)展規(guī)劃《山西省重點(diǎn)行業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作規(guī)劃》驗(yàn)收評(píng)審會(huì)在北京舉辦,本次評(píng)審會(huì)邀請(qǐng)了國務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心、中國社科院、國務(wù)院國資委、對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)、中信銀行等有關(guān)單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專家作為評(píng)審專家,對(duì)《規(guī)劃》進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收評(píng)審。會(huì)議聽取了商務(wù)部研究院課題組組長李志鵬研究員、梁桂寧研究員作的編寫情況介紹。經(jīng)過評(píng)審專家集體討論,大家一致認(rèn)為,《山西省重點(diǎn)行業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作規(guī)劃》實(shí)現(xiàn)了三個(gè)創(chuàng)新:第一是破解了山西重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作"去哪里"的難題,第二是系統(tǒng)解決了山西省重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作"怎么去"的問題,即務(wù)實(shí)地提出了對(duì)重點(diǎn)國別開展
[Abstract]:On October 23, the country's first provincial joint development plan for international production capacity, "International capacity Cooperation Plan for key Industries in Shanxi Province", was held in Beijing. The meeting invited the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, The leaders and experts of SASAC, University of Foreign Trade and Economics, CITIC Bank, etc. The meeting was briefed by Li Zhipeng, head of the research group of the Ministry of Commerce, and Liang Guining. After a collective discussion among the review experts, it was agreed that the "International capacity Cooperation Program for key Industries in Shanxi Province" has realized three innovations: first, it has solved the difficult problem of "where to go" in the international production capacity cooperation of Shanxi's key industries. The second is to systematically solve the problem of "how to go" in the international production capacity cooperation of the key industries in Shanxi Province, that is, to put forward to carry out the key countries in a pragmatic way.
