【摘要】：根據(jù)技術(shù)差距和制度差異可界定出模仿、移植、跟隨、競賽四種技術(shù)趕超模式,并識別出六種典型趕超路徑。沿著不同路徑,趕超模式和制度變革要進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)整。趕超路徑選擇是個情境化問題,且路徑演化會相互影響,趕超國家要根據(jù)國內(nèi)條件和國際環(huán)境選擇適合的技術(shù)趕超路徑。提升國家治理能力、實(shí)施自主創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、建設(shè)世界技術(shù)領(lǐng)先中心是中國技術(shù)趕超成功的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:According to the difference of technology and system, we can define four patterns of imitating, transplanting, following and competition, and identify six typical ways of catching up and overtaking. Along different paths, overtaking mode and system reform should be dynamically adjusted. The choice of overtaking path is a situational problem, and the evolution of the path will influence each other. The overtaking countries should choose the appropriate technological overtaking path according to the domestic conditions and international environment. The key to the success of China's technological catch-up is to enhance national governance, implement independent innovation strategy and build a leading world technology center.
