【摘要】：本文選取城鎮(zhèn)居民名義(實際)人均可支配收入、農(nóng)村居民名義(實際)人均純收入、城鄉(xiāng)居民之間的絕對收入差距以及城鄉(xiāng)居民之間的相對收入差距(城鄉(xiāng)居民收入比、城鄉(xiāng)基尼系數(shù))等指標(biāo),并運用主成分分析法構(gòu)建模型,分析寧武縣1980-2012年城鎮(zhèn)居民所從事的不同行業(yè)差異、農(nóng)村地區(qū)不同鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的地區(qū)差異以及影響城鄉(xiāng)居民收入因素,進(jìn)而對寧武縣城鎮(zhèn)居民和農(nóng)村居民之間的收入差距進(jìn)行研究。 (一)各指標(biāo)大致都經(jīng)歷了五個階段的變化過程,其變化特征呈現(xiàn)出“下降一上升一再下降一再上升—再下降的特征。從長期總體趨勢來看,寧武縣的城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距較大： (二)從行業(yè)來看,不同行業(yè)的居民收入水平有所不同,并呈現(xiàn)出逐年行業(yè)收入水平差異的的變動情況。從農(nóng)村不同鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)來看,工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村居民純收入相對較高,也呈現(xiàn)出擴大趨勢。同時,從寧武與忻州、山西以及全國等地區(qū)作橫向比較來看,寧武城鄉(xiāng)居民收入絕對差均小于相比較其他地區(qū)。 (三)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、財政支出、城鎮(zhèn)固定資產(chǎn)投資是影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的主要因素,提高第一產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率、提高勞均收益率、增加農(nóng)村固定資產(chǎn)投資、增加農(nóng)村財政支出等方式是解決寧武縣城鎮(zhèn)居民和農(nóng)村居民之間收入差距的最主要的措施。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the nominal (actual) per capita disposable income of urban residents, the nominal (real) per capita net income of rural residents, the absolute income gap between urban and rural residents, and the relative income gap between urban and rural residents (ratio of urban and rural residents' income). Using principal component analysis (PCA) to build a model to analyze the differences of different industries engaged in by urban residents in Ningwu County from 1980 to 2012, the regional differences of different towns and villages in rural areas and the factors affecting the income of urban and rural residents. Then the income gap between urban residents and rural residents in Ningwu County is studied. (1) each index has undergone five stages of change, and its characteristics show the characteristics of "decline-rise again and again rise-fall again and again". From the long-term general trend, the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningwu County is large: (2) from the industry point of view, the income level of residents in different industries is different, and shows the change of income level of different industries year by year. According to different villages and towns, the net income of the rural residents in the developed villages and towns is relatively high, and it also shows a trend of expansion. At the same time, from the horizontal comparison between Ningwu and Xinzhou, Shanxi and the whole country, the absolute difference of income between urban and rural residents in Ningwu is smaller than that in other regions. (3) the economic structure of urban and rural areas, financial expenditure and fixed assets investment in urban and rural areas are the main factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas. Increasing rural financial expenditure is the most important measure to solve the income gap between urban residents and rural residents in Ningwu County.
