【摘要】：本論文在闡述選題背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、論文結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)的前提下,利用傳統(tǒng)科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的研究和對我國現(xiàn)階段綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,主要從我國高校、科研院所、政府、企業(yè)各層面對科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的研究,對其現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢、協(xié)同程度及存在的不足進(jìn)行深入分析,對其路徑和機(jī)制協(xié)同發(fā)展中存在的弊端剖析,已不能滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求,并指出綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展能滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需求與其優(yōu)勢。論文認(rèn)為,綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)本身就是一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng),兩個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展在一起,需要一些機(jī)制和路徑和耦合。綠色科技推動(dòng)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,二者協(xié)同在一起,推動(dòng)社會(huì)全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展,滿足了當(dāng)今我國走可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的需求。論文前三章,對選題背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、研究方法,綠色的概念與理論基礎(chǔ)梳理、傳統(tǒng)科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的機(jī)制與路徑現(xiàn)狀,當(dāng)前我國綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究與分析,得出了傳統(tǒng)科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的機(jī)制與路徑已不滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求,甚至是阻礙了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路的結(jié)論,而當(dāng)前的綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展程度不深,也存在著很多問題。論文第四、五章,提出了綠色科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的機(jī)制與路徑,新的機(jī)制與路徑滿足了當(dāng)今社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求。論文最后總結(jié)了綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的機(jī)制與路徑研究,得出了結(jié)論,綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展才能滿足當(dāng)今的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,引領(lǐng)社會(huì)全面的、和諧的、綠色的發(fā)展,并對綠色科技與綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展做了展望。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the background and significance of the topic, the current situation at home and abroad, the research methods, the structure and characteristics of the paper are described. Based on the research on the cooperative development of traditional science and technology and economy and the present situation of green science and technology and green economy in our country, this paper mainly studies the coordinated development of science and technology and economy from the aspects of universities, scientific research institutes, governments and enterprises. The present situation, the development trend, the degree of coordination and the shortcomings of the cooperative development are deeply analyzed, and the disadvantages in the coordinated development of its path and mechanism are analyzed, which can not meet the requirements of social and economic development. It is pointed out that the coordinated development of green science and technology and green economy can meet the needs and advantages of social and economic development. The paper holds that green science and technology and green economy itself are a complete system, and the two complete systems develop together, which requires some mechanism and path and coupling. Green science and technology promote the sustainable development of society and green economy promote the sustainable development of economy. The first three chapters, the background and significance of the topic, the current situation at home and abroad, research methods, green concept and theoretical basis, traditional science and technology and economic development mechanism and path status, Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of the coordinated development of green science and technology and green economy in China, it is concluded that the mechanism and path of the cooperative development of traditional science and technology and economy can no longer meet the needs of social and economic development. Even the conclusion that hinders the sustainable development road, but the current green science and technology and the green economy coordinated development degree is not deep, also has many questions. In the fourth and fifth chapters, the paper puts forward the mechanism and path of green science and technology and economic cooperation development, and the new mechanism and path meet the needs of social and economic development. Finally, the paper summarizes the mechanism and path of the coordinated development of green science and technology and green economy, and draws a conclusion that the coordinated development of green science and technology and green economy can meet the needs of sustainable development and lead the society in a comprehensive and harmonious way. Green development, and green science and technology and green economy coordinated development to make the prospect.
