云南省面向南亞東南亞國際科技創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:Based on Yunnan Province's new position of "Building radiation Center for South Asia and Southeast Asia" and Yunnan Province's proposal in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it is necessary to build a scientific and technological innovation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia. Implementation of innovation-driven development strategy for the research background. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant theoretical research progress at home and abroad, and defines the basic concept of regional science and technology innovation center, which is the basis and logical starting point of this paper. Secondly, the author collects the information and data of science and technology innovation of Southeast Asian countries through the Business Office of Yunnan Province in Southeast Asian countries. With the help of the college graduate students to South Asia and Southeast Asian countries internship opportunities, field research, to obtain local scientific and technological development. This paper analyzes the research data, analyzes the status of science and technology development in South and Southeast Asian countries, and understands and grasps the demand for the construction of science and technology innovation center in Southeast Asian countries. Thirdly, through data collection and market research on the status of scientific and technological innovation in Yunnan Province, the paper constructs the suitability evaluation index system of Yunnan Province for the construction of Southeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center, determines the index weight, and selects the evaluation method. The model is constructed and the evaluation results are analyzed and evaluated, and the suitability of Yunnan Province for the construction of Southeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center is evaluated. The fourth is to research and analyze the typical regional science and technology innovation centers in foreign countries. This paper chooses Silicon Valley India Bangalore Japan as the research object and summarizes some successful experiences and practices. Combined with the actual situation in Yunnan, it can be used for reference, refined. Fifthly, it is clear that Yunnan Province should choose the path to construct the Science and Technology Innovation Center for South Asia and Southeast Asia, and combine the experience of international scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad, based on the actual situation of Yunnan Province as well as the development experience at home and abroad. For our province to build a regional center for South Asia and Southeast Asia science and technology innovation to provide policy advice. In general, the research in this paper has important theoretical value for further deepening and perfecting the theory of technological regional scientific and technological innovation, enriching and developing the theory of innovation management. The research in this paper is helpful for us to carry out the strategic arrangement and arrangement with foresight under the guidance of scientific theory and in accordance with the high standard requirements of international integration, in order to seek new ideas and new approaches for the innovative development of Yunnan. To form influential international scientific and technological innovation centers at home and abroad, to provide strong impetus for the construction of radiation centers facing South Asia and Southeast Asia.
