【摘要】：正資金融通是"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重要支撐,沿線各國要進(jìn)一步深化金融合作,推進(jìn)貨幣穩(wěn)定體系、投融資體系和信用體系的建設(shè)。金融作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的"血脈",在"一帶一路"投資建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。無論是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的互聯(lián)互通,還是經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的溝通交流,都需要大量貨幣流轉(zhuǎn)和資金融通。據(jù)亞洲開發(fā)銀行測算,未來十年內(nèi),"一帶一路"基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資建設(shè)總資金約需8萬億美元。根據(jù)中國政府公開的信息,中國各地方"一帶一路"擬建、在建基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模已經(jīng)達(dá)到1.04萬億元,跨國投資規(guī)模為524億美元。資金融通成為"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重要支撐。
[Abstract]:Positive financing is an important support for the construction of Belt and Road. Countries along the route should further deepen financial cooperation and promote the construction of monetary stability system, investment and financing system and credit system. As the blood of economic development, finance plays an important role in the investment construction of Belt and Road. Both infrastructure connectivity and economic and trade cooperation need a large amount of money flow and financing. According to the Asian Development Bank, Belt and Road's total infrastructure investment will cost about $8 trillion over the next decade. According to public information from the Chinese government, Belt and Road is to be built in various localities in China, with infrastructure under construction reaching 1.04 trillion yuan and transnational investment of $52.4 billion. Financing has become an important support for Belt and Road's construction.
