【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建腹地次區(qū)域國際陸港發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的分析框架,以呼和浩特市為例,對腹地次區(qū)域國際陸港建設(shè)進行了SWOT矩陣分析。基于地理位置差異和功能定位差異,本文將呼和浩特市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略確定為"遠(yuǎn)、中、近"相結(jié)合的進出口綜合型國際陸港。呼和浩特市作為腹地次區(qū)域建設(shè)國際陸港的發(fā)展思路是:強化國際陸港次區(qū)域中心地位,配套完善陸港基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,補齊陸港功能短板,搭建高效管理服務(wù)平臺,提高通關(guān)效率和便利化水平。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the analysis frame of international dry port development strategy in hinterland sub-region, taking Hohhot city as an example, carries on SWOT matrix analysis to international dry port construction in hinterland sub-region. Based on the difference of geographical location and function orientation, the development strategy of Hohhot is determined as a comprehensive international dry port of import and export combined with "far, middle and near". The development ideas of Hohhot as the hinterland sub-region to build international dry ports are as follows: strengthening the central position of international dry ports, perfecting the infrastructure of dry ports, filling up the functional boards of dry ports, and setting up efficient management and service platforms. We will improve the efficiency and facilitation of customs clearance.
