【摘要】：民生建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長一直是我國學(xué)術(shù)界乃至國人關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)問題，，而且對于二者關(guān)系的研究更是從沒有間斷過。在現(xiàn)階段，這項(xiàng)研究顯得尤為重要，這不僅僅關(guān)系到能否實(shí)現(xiàn)建成“以人為本”的和諧社會以及在后金融危機(jī)階段我國經(jīng)濟(jì)能否繼續(xù)保持較快的速度增長，更為重要的是，我們能否從二者的關(guān)系中尋找到一條協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的道路。 本文從界定民生概念出發(fā)，以馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo)，描述了我國目前民生建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，分析了民生建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間關(guān)系的歷史內(nèi)容，之后根據(jù)我國1990年-2011年間的宏觀統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，印證了二者存在著相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系�；诖私Y(jié)論，本文對促進(jìn)二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of people's livelihood and economic growth have always been the focus of our country's academic circles and even Chinese people, and the research on the relationship between them has never stopped. At the present stage, this research is particularly important, which is not only related to whether we can build a "people-oriented" harmonious society and whether our economy can continue to maintain a relatively fast growth rate in the post-financial crisis, but more importantly, Can we find a way to develop harmoniously from the relationship between them? Starting from defining the concept of people's livelihood and guided by the relevant theories of Marxist economics and western economics, this paper describes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of people's livelihood and economic growth in China. This paper analyzes the historical content of the relationship between the construction of people's livelihood and the economic growth, and then carries on the empirical analysis according to the macroscopic statistical data of our country from 1990 to 2011, which proves that there is a mutually promoting relationship between the two. Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote their coordinated development.
