【摘要】：中國的對外開放即將進入40周年,自改革開放以來,中國的經(jīng)濟取得了巨大的成績,近幾年在新的國際背景下國家和政府對均對外開放工作進行了總結和展望。廣東作為中國最重要的對外開放省份之一,其經(jīng)濟對外開放建設得到國家的大力重視。在過去的20年里,廣東的經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)有序的發(fā)展,1995-2015年GDP年均增速為14%,其中經(jīng)濟對外開放對廣東經(jīng)濟的增長有著重要的貢獻。因此,要部署好新時代下廣東的經(jīng)濟對外開放戰(zhàn)略,必須了解過去廣東經(jīng)濟對外開放的程度及其對廣東經(jīng)濟增長帶來的影響,總結其變化趨勢,以此作為進一步開放的起點。本文通過選取主要的6個方面經(jīng)濟開放度相關的指標,分別是貿(mào)易開放度、投資開放度、生產(chǎn)開放度、技術開放度、旅游開放度和金融開放度,對1995-2015年間廣東各方面的經(jīng)濟開放情況進行研究,并通過采用因子分析法測算出廣東的綜合經(jīng)濟開放度,在此基礎上應用調(diào)整后的道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù),加入綜合經(jīng)濟開放度作為沖擊因素,分析綜合經(jīng)濟開放度對廣東經(jīng)濟的作用。本文發(fā)現(xiàn)1995-2105年間廣東的貿(mào)易開放度、生產(chǎn)開放度先提升后下降,投資開放度和旅游開放度則呈現(xiàn)了不斷下降的趨勢,技術開放度和金融開放度總體呈上升趨勢。通過因子分析法測算的廣東綜合經(jīng)濟開放度變化呈現(xiàn)拋物線。另外與全國平均情況對比,廣東經(jīng)濟開放度要高于全國水平。在實證關系研究部分,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)1995-2015年間廣東經(jīng)濟開放度對廣東經(jīng)濟增長有積極的拉動作用,而且是滯后效應。根據(jù)研究所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,最后本文為廣東的對外經(jīng)濟開放建設提出了相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China's opening to the outside world is about to enter its 40th anniversary. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has made great achievements. In recent years, under the new international background, the state and government have summarized and prospected the work of opening to the outside world. Guangdong is one of the most important open provinces in China. In the past 20 years, Guangdong's economy has developed steadily and orderly. The average annual growth rate of GDP from 1995 to 2015 is 14%, in which the opening up of the economy makes an important contribution to the growth of Guangdong's economy. Therefore, in order to plan Guangdong's economic opening strategy in the new era, we must understand the extent of Guangdong's economic opening up in the past and its influence on Guangdong's economic growth, sum up its changing trend, and take it as the starting point for further opening up. This paper selects the main economic openness in six aspects, which are trade openness, investment openness, production openness, technology openness, tourism openness and financial openness. This paper studies the situation of Guangdong's economic opening from 1995 to 2015, calculates the comprehensive economic openness of Guangdong by factor analysis, and applies the adjusted Douglas production function on this basis. This paper analyzes the effect of comprehensive economic openness on Guangdong economy by adding comprehensive economic openness as an impact factor. This paper finds that the trade openness of Guangdong from 1995 to 2105, the open degree of production rose first and then decreased, the opening degree of investment and tourism showed a downward trend, and the openness of technology and finance showed an overall upward trend. The change of Guangdong's comprehensive economic openness measured by factor analysis presents parabola. In addition, compared with the national average, Guangdong's economic openness is higher than the national level. In the part of empirical relationship research, this paper finds that the economic openness of Guangdong has a positive effect on Guangdong's economic growth from 1995 to 2015, and it is also a lag effect. According to the problems found in the study, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for Guangdong's foreign economic opening construction.
