【摘要】：本文通過選取海南省自1988年以來的歷年數據,分析了人力資本對經濟增長的影響,得出海南人力資本對經濟增長具有顯著的正相關性,且在經濟落后地區(qū),人力資本具有后發(fā)優(yōu)勢,而海南抓住了這種后發(fā)優(yōu)勢并且轉化成了后發(fā)利益。本文的研究結果顯示了海南自建省以來三大生產要素對經濟增長的貢獻比較均衡且平穩(wěn),并且可以看出海南的產業(yè)結構的調整方向是正確的,而且取得了很好的效果。本文進一步論證了人力資本對經濟增長的重要影響,研究結果對今后落后地區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展具有很強的借鑒作用。 本文主要運用教育年限法估算了海南從1988年到2012年的人力資本總存量,根據相關公式還計算出了人力資本水平,另外運用永續(xù)盤存法估算了海南歷年的物質資本總存量,最后根據新經濟增長理論建立最小二乘法回歸分析數學模型,分析了人力資本投入對經濟增長的影響。本文的數據主要來源于中國知網上的海南統(tǒng)計年鑒,另外少部分數據是根據海南統(tǒng)計局公布的相關數據整理得出。 正文的內容框架分為五個部分：第一部分介紹了論文的選題背景、研究目的及意義、研究方法等相關內容；第二部分介紹了人力資本和經濟增長的國內外相關研究綜述；第三部分主要分析了海南人力資本現狀,并且估算了海南省歷年人力資本總存量；第四部分主要是人力資本與經濟增長的相關理論假設和實證分析。第五部分介紹了本文研究結論和相關政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Hainan Province since 1988, this paper analyzes the impact of human capital on economic growth, and draws a conclusion that Hainan human capital has a significant positive correlation with economic growth, and in economically backward areas. Human capital has the advantage of latecomer, and Hainan has grasped the advantage of latecomer and transformed it into the benefit of latecomer. The results of this paper show that the contribution of the three major factors of production to economic growth has been relatively balanced and stable since the establishment of Hainan Province, and it can be seen that the adjustment direction of Hainan's industrial structure is correct, and it has achieved good results. This paper further demonstrates the important influence of human capital on economic growth, and the research results have a strong reference to the economic development of backward areas in the future. This paper mainly estimates the total stock of human capital in Hainan from 1988 to 2012 by using the method of years of education, calculates the level of human capital according to the relevant formula, and estimates the total stock of material capital of Hainan in the past years by using the method of perpetual inventory. Finally, according to the new economic growth theory, the mathematical model of least square regression analysis is established, and the influence of human capital input on economic growth is analyzed. The data in this paper mainly come from Hainan Statistical Yearbook, which is published by Hainan Bureau of Statistics, and a small part of the data is collated according to the relevant data published by Hainan Bureau of Statistics. The content framework of the text is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the background of the thesis, the purpose and significance of the research, research methods and other related content, the second part introduces the human capital and economic growth at home and abroad related research review; The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of Hainan's human capital, and estimates the total stock of Hainan's human capital over the years, and the fourth part is mainly about the related theoretical assumptions and empirical analysis of human capital and economic growth. The fifth part introduces the research conclusions and relevant policy recommendations.
