【摘要】：本文探索了認知能力差異對收入的影響機制,比較了認知能力和非認知能力在決定收入上的作用大小。利用中國家庭追蹤調(diào)查(CFPS)2010、2012年兩輪調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),檢驗了認知能力在解釋收入上的作用。研究結(jié)果顯示,以字詞、數(shù)學(xué)、記憶和數(shù)字推理測驗等方式測量到的認知能力對勞動力的工資性收入具有顯著的正向作用,但絕大部分作用是通過教育來影響的,在控制教育之后,認知能力對收入存在微弱但顯著的影響。進一步通過對受訪者的非認知能力打分作為非認知能力的測量指標,納入工資決定方程后,發(fā)現(xiàn)非認知能力能夠顯著解釋勞動者的收入差異,并且這種解釋能力獨立于認知能力的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the influence mechanism of cognitive ability difference on income, and compares the effect of cognitive ability and non-cognitive ability on determining income. Using (CFPS) 2010, two rounds of data from the Chinese Household tracking Survey in 2012, we examined the role of cognitive ability in explaining income. The results showed that cognitive ability measured by word, mathematics, memory and numerical reasoning test had a significant positive effect on the wage income of the labor force, but most of the effects were influenced by education. After controlling education, cognitive ability has a weak but significant effect on income. Further, the non-cognitive ability of the interviewees was rated as a measure of non-cognitive ability, and the wage determination equation was incorporated into the non-cognitive ability, and it was found that the non-cognitive ability could significantly explain the income difference of the workers. And this ability of explanation is independent of the function of cognitive ability.
