【摘要】：選取具有代表性的科技人才政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策和創(chuàng)新型省份建設(shè)政策共計(jì)3463條,考察了這些政策對(duì)于各省創(chuàng)新能力的驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),科技人才政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力正相關(guān),而專門(mén)針對(duì)創(chuàng)新型省份建設(shè)的政策與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力關(guān)系不顯著,據(jù)此提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper selects 3463 representative policies of scientific and technological talents, industrial cluster policy and innovative province construction policy, and examines the driving effect of these policies on the innovation ability of each province. It is found that the policies of scientific and technological talents and industrial policies are positively related to the regional innovation ability, but the relationship between the policy and the regional innovation ability is not significant. Based on this, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
