“一帶一路”倡議下構(gòu)建中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的路徑選擇

【摘要】：構(gòu)建中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊是"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的重要組成部分。中蒙俄三國山水相依,地緣優(yōu)勢明顯,貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性較強(qiáng),同時(shí)近年來三國高層互訪頻繁,經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷升級,這些都為中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的建設(shè)提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。文章從構(gòu)建中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)入手,分析其戰(zhàn)略意義所在,并對其具體路徑進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。文章認(rèn)為,中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊應(yīng)包括東、中、西三條主干通道,各主干通道又包含若干分支通道,形成以主干通道為依托、以重點(diǎn)城市為中轉(zhuǎn)、以沿邊重點(diǎn)口岸為節(jié)點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)型經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊布局。
[Abstract]:The construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor is an important part of Belt and Road's strategic conception. China, Mongolia and Russia depend on each other in the mountains and rivers, have obvious geographical advantages, and are highly complementary in trade. At the same time, in recent years, the three countries have exchanged frequent high-level visits and continuously upgraded their economic and trade cooperation. All these have provided a solid foundation for the construction of the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia. This paper starts with the realistic foundation of constructing the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, analyzes its strategic significance, and plans its specific path. The paper holds that the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia should include three main corridors, including the east, the middle and the west, and each trunk channel also contains several branch channels, which are formed by relying on the trunk channels and taking the key cities as the transit routes. The layout of the network economic corridor with the key ports along the border as the node.
