【摘要】：近些年來(lái)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，居民收入水平的迅速提高引起居民消費(fèi)水平和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)都發(fā)生了很大的變化。本文以內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)為研究對(duì)象，在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，搜集數(shù)據(jù)資料描述并分析了內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀，綜合分析收入分配因素、預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄和流動(dòng)性約束等對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)的影響作用。在分析過(guò)程中對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古城鎮(zhèn)居民和農(nóng)牧民的消費(fèi)水平和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，在分析中還注重對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民與農(nóng)牧民、城鎮(zhèn)居民不同收入等級(jí)間消費(fèi)水平進(jìn)行對(duì)比，進(jìn)而可以從不同層面了解內(nèi)蒙古城鎮(zhèn)居民和農(nóng)牧民的消費(fèi)水平現(xiàn)狀。在對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)變動(dòng)影響因素進(jìn)行分析時(shí)，把體制變革和人們面臨的不確定性增強(qiáng)等因素考慮在內(nèi)，從收入分配、預(yù)防性儲(chǔ)蓄、流動(dòng)性約束等方面對(duì)當(dāng)前內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)變動(dòng)原因進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民和農(nóng)牧民生活消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀的研究可以讓我們更清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)今居民生活消費(fèi)所處的層次以及存在問(wèn)題，，進(jìn)而提出提高內(nèi)蒙古居民生活消費(fèi)水平的政策建議，從而提高自治區(qū)居民消費(fèi)水平和促進(jìn)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)，促進(jìn)自治區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)更好更快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of Inner Mongolia has developed rapidly, and the rapid improvement of the income level of the residents has caused great changes in the consumption level and consumption structure of the residents. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper takes the living consumption of Inner Mongolia residents as the research object, collects data to describe and analyze the living consumption status of Inner Mongolia residents, and comprehensively analyzes the income distribution factors. The effect of precautionary savings and liquidity constraints on the living consumption of Inner Mongolia residents. In the process of analysis, the consumption level and consumption structure of urban residents and farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia are analyzed in detail. Then we can understand the consumption level of urban residents and farmers in Inner Mongolia from different levels. In the analysis of the influencing factors of the change of the residents' living consumption in Inner Mongolia, the factors such as the system change and the increasing uncertainty faced by the people are taken into account, from the income distribution, the precautionary savings, etc. Liquidity constraints and other aspects of the current living consumption of Inner Mongolia residents to explain the reasons for changes. The study on the living consumption of urban residents and farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region can help us to understand more clearly the level and problems existing in the living consumption of local residents. Then it puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the living and consumption level of Inner Mongolia residents so as to improve the consumption level of residents and promote the upgrading of consumption structure and promote the better and faster development of the regional economy.
