【摘要】：當今世界,經(jīng)濟全球化主體結(jié)構(gòu)正在發(fā)生深刻變革。"反全球化"運動反對西方國家主導全球化的實質(zhì),在客觀上成為推動全球治理體制變革進入新階段的積極因素。西方國家自身社會結(jié)構(gòu)變革及國際格局調(diào)整導致了"逆全球化"現(xiàn)象,這一現(xiàn)象促進了全球治理主體關(guān)系的平衡與協(xié)調(diào)�？萍歼M步、國際分工變革、普惠性發(fā)展要求等因素共同作用催生了"后全球化"力量興起,并開始塑造全球治理秩序新版圖與人類文明新愿景。中國以自己獨特的文化基因和知行智慧成為適應和引領(lǐng)"新全球化"進程中全球治理變革的新力量,并逐漸匯聚起推動這一進程和變革的有機合力。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the main body structure of economic globalization is undergoing profound changes. The anti-globalization movement opposes the essence of western countries' leading globalization, and objectively becomes a positive factor in pushing the reform of global governance system into a new stage. The transformation of social structure and the adjustment of international structure in western countries lead to the phenomenon of "reverse globalization", which promotes the balance and coordination of the relationship between the main bodies of global governance. Science and technology progress, international division of labor reform, inclusive development requirements and other factors have led to the emergence of "post-globalization" forces, and began to shape the new global governance order and human civilization new vision. With its own unique cultural genes and wisdom, China has become a new force to adapt and lead the global governance reform in the process of "new globalization", and gradually converges the organic force to promote this process and change.
