【摘要】：近年來,中國在全球貿(mào)易一體化的背景下,不斷加大海外投資,海外投資的數(shù)量和規(guī)模都呈現(xiàn)出上升的趨勢,對于不斷促進中國經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要作用。作為世界上影響力最大的國家之一,俄羅斯是中國最大的鄰國,也是一個資源大國,其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對中國也產(chǎn)生了非常重要的影響,兩國之間的雙邊貿(mào)易額不斷增長,從2011年的422億美元增長到2014年的952.8億美元,預(yù)計到2020年將達2000億美元。中國已經(jīng)成為俄羅斯的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴。但是2014年中國對俄羅斯的直接投資額僅40.8億美元,與日本等發(fā)達國家相比,中國對俄羅斯的直接投資額還是比較少的,還處于初級階段,在對俄羅斯的直接投資中也面臨著很多的問題。因此,深入分析中國對俄羅斯的直接投資對俄中兩國貿(mào)易的影響,加強與俄羅斯的對外貿(mào)易合作對于促進兩國經(jīng)濟和政治上的交流,具有非常重大的意義。論文共分緒言、正文五章以及結(jié)論計七個部分。第一部分,緒言。主要介紹了選題的背景和意義,同時對相關(guān)研究文獻進行了梳理,并指出了本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二部分,研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。其中涵蓋了貿(mào)易與投資替代學(xué)說、貿(mào)易與投資互補學(xué)說以及相關(guān)理論。第三部分,對中國對俄羅斯直接投資及雙邊貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,該部分闡述了中國對俄羅斯直接投資現(xiàn)狀以及俄中雙邊貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀等。第四部分,對中國對俄直接投資以及俄中雙邊貿(mào)易兩個方面存在的問題進行分析。第五部分對中國對俄直接投資對俄中雙邊貿(mào)易影響進行了深入分析,首先介紹了直接投資影響雙邊貿(mào)易的作用機理,在此基礎(chǔ)上從俄中貿(mào)易規(guī)模和貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)分析了直接投資對俄中雙邊貿(mào)易的影響,最后運用對直接投資與雙邊貿(mào)易影響的驗證。第六部分,針對上述問題提出了擴大中國對俄投資以促進俄中雙邊貿(mào)易的對策和建議。第七部分,結(jié)論,對全文進行歸納和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of global trade integration, China has continuously increased overseas investment, the quantity and scale of overseas investment have shown an upward trend, which has played an important role in promoting the sustainable development of China's economy. As one of the most influential countries in the world, Russia is China's largest neighbor and a large resource country. Its economic development has also had a very important impact on China. The bilateral trade volume between the two countries has been growing. From $42.2 billion in 2011 to $95.28 billion in 2014, it is expected to reach $200 billion by 2020. China has become Russia's largest trading partner. However, in 2014, China's direct investment in Russia was only 4.08 billion US dollars. Compared with Japan and other developed countries, China's direct investment in Russia is still relatively small and is still in its infancy. In the direct investment in Russia also faces a lot of problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the influence of China's direct investment in Russia on the trade between Russia and China, and to strengthen the foreign trade cooperation with Russia to promote the economic and political exchanges between the two countries. The paper is divided into seven parts: introduction, five chapters and conclusion. The first part, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, combs the relevant research literature, and points out the main contents and research methods of this paper. The second part, the theoretical basis of the study. It covers trade and investment substitution theory, trade and investment complementary theory and related theories. The third part analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment in Russia and bilateral trade. This part expounds the current situation of China's direct investment in Russia and the development of bilateral trade between Russia and China. The fourth part analyzes the problems of China's direct investment in Russia and bilateral trade between Russia and China. In the fifth part, the influence of Chinese direct investment on bilateral trade between Russia and China is analyzed, and the mechanism of the influence of direct investment on bilateral trade is introduced. On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of direct investment on bilateral trade between Russia and China from the perspective of the scale and structure of trade between Russia and China, and finally verifies the impact of direct investment and bilateral trade. In the sixth part, the countermeasures and suggestions of expanding Chinese investment in Russia to promote bilateral trade between Russia and China are put forward. The seventh part, the conclusion, summarizes and summarizes the full text.
